The platform makes it easy to submit applicant details, and I receive regular updates on the status of each check. Accessing completed files and certificates is straightforward and efficient. Their vetting process is exceptionally thorough -sometimes almost too thorough - but they always deliver with precision and reliability. The customer service has been excellent throughout, and working with Will has been an absolute pleasure. GuardPass is listening to feedback and implement changes based on said feedback to accommodate the users. **What do you dislike about GuardPass?** While GuardPass has a large database of users it might lack candidates in some locations (certain parts of Wales for example) other than that I havent encountered any issues. And when I do it gets sorted quickly. **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** GuardPass has implemented vetting checks that dont require SIA Licence, that has been a brilliant change as it allows us to use GuardPass to vet any potential hires for our Head Office. The recent addition of BPSS is a great step forward as well that I am sure we will use in no time. ### 2. One major improvement I'd like to see is the ability to filter candidates by gender. Some of our clients specifically require female security staff for their venues, and even when I clearly state 'Females Only' in the ad, I still receive over 100 applications from male candidates who haven't read the listing. It is streamlined and very easy to use. After booking, I like that I can keep track of the results of my bookings and also their Corporate Team is on hand to support with any queries. We comunicate with Nisar Ahmed often, and he is fantastic. **What do you dislike about GuardPass?** This is a standalone complaint but the changeover from Top Up to Refresher training happened very early compared to other suppliers, and without much warning, which was difficult for our business. In addition, response times from the Corporate Team can vary week by week, sometimes they are efficient yet others it can take quite a while. Hopefully this improves. **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quicker response times, which helps us as we book many courses and need support with queries on a daily basis. ### 6. It has been a big contribution towards my success in managing a large scale business. My favourite feature of Guardpass is you can have a preview of candidates before you've even contacted them by viewing the video they upload for the employers. **What do you dislike about GuardPass?** I think how it is geographically engineered could have some minor improvement. For example, there have been times I have placed an ad up for Doncaster and I will get people from cities from areas that are far away who apply. **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can rely on Guardpass to recruit for areas that can be difficult to cover. System does not select candidates correctly, able to by-pass questions which puts them forward for consideration **What problems is GuardPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product is people, the pool available is diminishing and challenging to recuit new security professionals. Often we'd prefer someone new to the industry, so that we can train them the way we want to. GuardPass has a huge selection to choose from.
