## About Gryffi
Gryffi is a cloud-based platform for creating and delivering interactive employee onboarding and training experiences. Organizations use it to turn onboarding, training, and compliance content into step-by-step “journeys” that employees complete on their own. How it works Makers (Administrators) build journeys in a visual editor by adding and connecting different step types on a canvas. Each journey can include: Spaces – Locations shown with images, 360° panoramas, or interactive floor plans AI Guides – Chatbots trained on your documents that answer questions and cite sources Content – Text, videos, and images Challenges – Multiple-choice quizzes with pass/fail and retry options Forms – Custom forms for data collection Polls – Single-question surveys Rewards – Digital rewards or completion certificates Key capabilities AI-powered translation of entire journeys into 14 languages User sync from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Magic link access for participants (no passwords) Analytics on completion rates, quiz scores, and step-by-step drop-off Hosting and AI processing in the EU Gryffi is aimed at HR teams, trainers, and compliance officers who need to onboard and train employees in a structured, trackable way.
