How it works
Makers (Administrators) build journeys in a visual editor by adding and connecting different step types on a canvas. Each journey can include:

AI Guides – Chatbots trained on your documents that answer questions and cite sources
Content – Text, videos, and images
Challenges – Multiple-choice quizzes with pass/fail and retry options
