Their product and consulting capabilities are exceptional and they are accustomed to many types of engagements, from full ownership to augmenting existing teams. **What problems is Gruuv Interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expertise on changing mobile video tech. Consulting on how to best approach challenges matching desktop tech (VPAID) to mobile, best practices for SDK development with video as a main component, how to best integrate viewability vendors. I've launched new ad units that became the core product for a start-up and also used advice to drive best practices and understanding of mobile video tech in numerous businesses. ### 2. However, customer service has also been top notch in terms of responsiveness. **What do you dislike about Gruuv Interactive?** This may not be Gruuvs fault, but the need for VPAID can be an issue when it comes to scaling out the creative. **What problems is Gruuv Interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The industry is always looking for the next shiny object. I'm happy that Gruuv thinks out of the box to provide interesting and unique video creative setups for our advertisers. ### 4. The platform has a variety of Ad Tags, which makes it easy to target a specific VPAID or MRAID offering. As a built in feature, the different video codecs are used to target different mobile and hardware devices. The reports offered in the system can be customized to meet your needs, and they have a variety of outputs. One of the reports we use frequently is the ratio of the type of devices are being used to view our ads. This helps us when we can target phones for special categorizations. Never count out the need for good people behind the scenes. Working with Bill was a wonderful experience in comparison to other like vendors. When we had other needs in understanding what was happening with our data, Bill was more than happy to help us. There were times when we needed special tags and code adjustments, and his team helped us overcome our hurdles. **What do you dislike about Gruuv Interactive?** There really wasn't anything that I disliked in the process. The two times when we have had issues, they were on our side, and Bill's team helped us identify the issues and we were back up and running in a matter of minutes. **Recommendations to others considering Gruuv Interactive:** You can't beat this product and working with Bill and his team is a great experience. I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge Bill and his team have in this space. Bill helped us from making costly mistakes, and he is genuinely one of the nice guys, **What problems is Gruuv Interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were starting and Ad business with ads that had a haptic channel. Bill and his team was instrumental in making all the changes to his system to allow us to display ads with a haptic track. He really helped us with not only the changes in the system, but also understanding the business and what we had to do to make this business viable. Bill is an extremely knowledgeable engineer in the Ad Space. ### 5. They have hands on experience delivering video ad experience across digital devices for the past 10 years. They took that experience and packaged it into an intuitive self-serve platform. **What do you dislike about Gruuv Interactive?** There is no real disadvantages I can think of - they are a small company which may stop some to work with them but I am on the other side of the fence. They are very agile, take feedback and are fast to iterate. **What problems is Gruuv Interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Video (and more generally content) consumption is very fragmented across screens and even environments (apps, web...). Gruuv makes it easier to deliver a consistent and customized video advertising user experience across screens and environments. ### 7.
