Some of the explanations on how sections work is a little confusing if you are new to creating a referral program. Even on the Starter Plan, it gives us enough flexibility to build a solid referral program that actually drives new leads. I like the automation, the ability to customise campaigns quickly, and the seamless tracking of referrals. It saves time, removes the manual effort, and integrates well with our workflow. We use it daily, for tracking. The customer support is also very supportive. Also marking referrals as approved and disbursed in the app is manual and slow to update. Would be very helpful to bulk approve via CSV upload. **What problems is GrowSurf solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great solid product that does its core function very well. We have more complex eligibility requirements, so onboarding was slightly longer in order to customize for our use case. But once it was set up, it has been running smoothly. Helped us modernize and automate our outdated referral program that was very manual to manage and entirely living in Google Sheets.
