I think Growbots is the outbound automation platform with the best price-quality balance currently available. Once you have mastered the UI and the core functionalities it becomes very easy to use and demands minimum attention. The platform doesn't really learn, the AI / machine learning side is very basic. Contacts are not globally updated, is hard to pause a campaign and maintain consistency at the same time, the contact import process makes a lot of incorrect assumptions and can't be fine tunned, etc. For me, Growbots is a platform on its early stages - with a bright future ahead - and must be judged for that and not for what it can be. It's time-consuming to manually ensure each contact is still with the company (Growbots claims they refresh their data each quarter - I've found records that have 2 year old information) and not located in the EU (support claimed they removed all European leads due to GDPR - I constantly find them and have to remove). After this manual process of looking at each lead, there is still a ~7% bounce rate. The product itself is not intuitive, features like OOO rescheduling do not work, and support has the constant refrain of "we've let our devs know, sorry" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with HubSpot allows us to "graduate" leads that exhibit interest intent into HubSpot and maximize our outbound outreach without potentially harming our core domain reputation and also ensures each new HubSpot contact has the richest contact detail available prior to the rep following up personally. Bummer to not be able to resequence purchased leads into other campaigns by state when territory reassignments occur without exporting/importing. Customer service is VERY VERY helpful! If there is anything you need that you can't actually do yourself due to the lack of that specific feature on the software itself, the customer service is so amazing they contact the developer team straight away and maximum 24hrs most requests are completed. There are a few features that are missing, but as mentioned above the customer service support and developers team are very helpful. Especially when it comes to reporting features. I love the ability to see the contacts and associated company prior to the purchase. The integration with HubSpot is great and super helpful! The revenue amounts are at 1 million and 10 million. I'd love for there to be a 5 million revenue option to check since that is super relevant to us. As with all data tools, occasionally you get contacts that don't match your criteria. I have found a few where the company did not match the revenue selected criteria.
