I use Groupworld for online tutoring, and I like the fact that you don't have to download anything or input any information. It's very easy to use. I love that there are multiple conference rooms and find it very affordable. Groupworld has a large whiteboard, which allows me to teach many students at the same time, and I have access to several different whiteboards for different teachers. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the voice and video conferencing features, along with the screen sharing, are amazing and much easier to use compared to Zoom. The issue of sharing files with another member in the Groupworld group is quite challenging. It is very slow to upload large files and the facility of directly sharing the folders is also missing.
