It helps in the conversational texting and costumer to customer engagement the way of thinking and texting. In nowadays, this type of application is advantageous in such a way that we can send one message to all the social media platforms and valuable in a ubiquitous manner.

**What do you like best about Grit Seed?**

For employees and students, prospects to customers, the list, etc. If you are looking to connect and engage when it matters, texting works! Don't just notify using texting, entertain and have 2-way conversations and take action!

**What do you dislike about Grit Seed?**

There is no such thing to dislike this engine, but the thing is can be much more fantastic with the combination of AI and intelligence. some user perspactive more should be there.

**What problems is Grit Seed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing to learn. Nothing to install. Texting is the new user interface. Also, There are no apps to download. No training is needed. You don't have to remember another username and password.

Task grit helped us making sure whatever message we are sending to our customers they are getting that as text on all platforms and not like email.
Best part is we can also share the video messages. We don't need to worry about what platform our customers are on.

**What do you like best about Grit Seed?**

We no more ask our customers to come to specific platform and no matter what they are using....they will get our text on it so in a way they don't miss our texts now.

**What do you dislike about Grit Seed?**

Implementation is little tricky for first time user but it's okay once you get the hang of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Grit Seed:**

Go with it without a doubt.

**What problems is Grit Seed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned earlier, unlike other tools we are assured that our customers are getting whatever we are sharing and our emails and texts are no going spam or without reading.
