Instead of a curated list of vetted influencers, it’s essentially an extensive directory of social users, which means we have to do a lot of our own filtering and research to find the right partners. Grin is an end-to-end influencer management platform that has made our program scalable and measurable. Before Grin, everything from sourcing, emailing, noting deliverables and following up to see if deliverables had been shared was manual and time-consuming. Grin has streamlined this; the saved email templates, activations where you can easily adjust the deliverables (tasks) and products, quickly see who has shared what and follow up on outstanding deliverables is SO easy. Also, being able to see and download shared content to reuse on our channels is great. I love how streamline GRIN makes all areas of influencer management. From recruiting to shipping product to making payments. What's most helpful about GRIN is that its a one stop shop for all of my influencer and affiliate needs. Before, it was difficult to have all creator and ambassador documents and verbiage in one place. Now, I can hop into view and view it all while building the brand. Grin has been great for growing our ambassador program. From recruiting to managing creators, GRIN has been such a great help. The platform allows me to create campaigns with ease, manage creators, download their content, and report back to internal teams in a very user friendly fashion. I love the content approval feature in GRIN but would love to be notified when content is submitted so I can go in and. approve in a timely manner.
