The main advantage of using Green Light Guru (GG) is having all the SOPs, QA, and forms in one place, with the ability to update, review, and manage training in a single location. It makes training more efficient, helps track CAPAs, and monitors progress more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is cumbersome in the initial stages or during migration from one system to GG, etc. The email updates cannot be sorted, and you receive a barrage of emails with updates from all departments, even if they are not related to you or when you are not involved. The favorites section, or "starred", is very helpful to keep track of the SOPs that I access the most frequently! I also like that certain keywords are searchable, even if they're not included in the title. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2. The Product Workspace approval process is separate from the Change Order approval process

- all required QMS procedures in a single software platform

1. Training Workflow: Add "competency based" testing question to provide pass/fail score.

2. Workflow needs to talk to each other. Example: If NC workflow is required CAPA than NC workflow allow to open CAPA from NC workflow vs going to CAPA workflow to start. When NC open from CAPA than CAPA workflow "source" should state NC.

3. It is good to have "pre" and "post" quality approval in each work flow. Example: Audit work flow. Audit is completed is required "pre approval"= Execution of Audit. Once all audit findings are closed than final "post- approval" of Quality review.

4. Supplier module to include: Supplier file maintenance (ISO, Audit, Quality Agreement) and Incoming Inspection module to allow upload actual incoming record for each material.

5. Change Control: Add 5th question for evaluation: Capture additional information as needed due to not every change all 4 questions address the business and compliance need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GG has been a great tool that is geared towards serving our specific needs. Since it is focused on serving our company it is easier to use and can focus on features that matter to us most. The service is consistently improving and once you are used to workflow it is easy to use as the interface is consistent across modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are new to eQMS it can be intimidating (not GGs fault), but it can take some time to understand the workflow of some tasks. Intially, I had a hard time with Change Orders and getting all of my changes to documents done. To their credit though through training I now understand, and don't have any issues doing those tasks. I really enjoy the simple user interface that the team at Greenlight has provided its customers/users. I think it is rather intuitive and easy for individuals/teams to be able to use the QMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Online 24 hour access and quick help from the development team through chat and email. It's relatively easy to upload documents and create and edit the design matrix and risk matrix for our projects. Training is much improved over the previous year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Training topics are sometimes difficult to find through keyword search. Support for previous risk matrix has ended and video training for old risk matrix is still there, so old video training keep showing up even though it is no longer relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We really need folders to manage documents. Right now there are no options to have multiple levels of folders. The options in a drop-down list are sometimes limited. We should be able to add our own items to some lists (like we can do for tags).
