**What do you like best about Greenfield Software?**

TempServ uses my browser interface and internet connection so, there's nothing to install on your desktop. From the office, from home, or on the road, take charge of your business. You take the job order, find the right person to fill it, and when the time comes, pay and bill it. No double entry, no lost time, no problem.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

The only that I wish I could do with TempServ is to be in more than one database at a time. Our office has been previously owned, and when I need information from their database, I have to log out of ours completely.

**What problems is Greenfield Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most significant benefit of TempServ is that it uses your web browser and an internet connection, so you don't have to install any software on your desktop. I have no problem taking a job order, finding the right candidate, and placing them on the assignment without ever having to enter the information more than once.

**What do you like best about Greenfield Software?**

It allows me manage my candidate database for easy access to their most important information. It also allows us to track their progress in the application process and share this info across our branches with ease

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

It lacks analytic capabilities. For example, we were doing a raffle where all new applicants in a given time were entered, but when it came time to pool the names, collecting and counting them was a nightmare.

**What problems is Greenfield Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clientelle record keeping and management across several branches in Michigan. Really helps streamline the process of communicating potential candidates to coworkers at other locations.

**What do you like best about Greenfield Software?**

It's easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! I like how many of the things we used to have to do manually are now automated.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

Sometimes I find features that don't work for my application of the software, or that aren't working quite right, but the IT team is very helpful at solving these problems.

Be specific about your company's needs as the software engineers will be able to tailor it's uses for your business

I utilize the software in a payroll capacity and for employee tracking information, and it's very helpful.

TempServ is a great front and back office solution for those in the staffing industry not requiring a robust platform.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

TempServ is a little outdated and the designers seem to be out of touch with what recruiters need and want to do their daily jobs.

**Recommendations to others considering Greenfield Software:**

Make sure you know what you need and what functions you are going to find most beneficial before making software decisions.

**What problems is Greenfield Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TempServ has allowed us to stay compliant with all state payroll laws and regulations.

The ease of use and that it is bulletproof.  Never worry about the system dropping.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

I can't think of a thing.  It's so dependable that in those rare times it drops, the tech team has the issue resolved so quickly it didn't affect us.

It handles everything for a full-service staffing operation. It handles payroll, invoicing and everything in between.

**What do you like best about Greenfield Software?**

I like that TempServ allows you to organize data by branch, client, and order, allowing you to distinguish your needs and current resources provided easily. I also like to extensive report options, quickly providing data to cast or identify trends for personal or client use.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

I would like to see more report options for breaking down assignments by month.

Greenfield has assisted our team with identifying flaws in our processes and identifying challenges with employers we work to staff, providing the opportunity to devise well thought out solutions.

Haven't found anything to dislike yet, if something is missing we have requested it and so far been able to receive.

Different reports that we would like they didn't offer currently.  Ability to interact with other programs.

**What do you like best about Greenfield Software?**

The Greenfield team is always ready to help and keeps up to date on legal and social changes in the staffing industry.  New reports and user friendly tools are then created in the software.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

Prior to bringing a dedicated trainer to the Greenfield team, there was no formal training on using the software.   Now that Heather is on board, training webinars and email tips are a regular event!

Greenfield Software allows our company to easily track our staffing employees and our clients who utilize our services.

The Customer Service is exceptional and the ease of the software.

Reporting could be better. There a small tweaks that can give the user a better experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Greenfield Software:**

I am using it for our staffing industry and would recommend having a good understanding of the type of reports you need. Work with the group to get those situated.

I'm currently trying to resolve a payroll clock situation.

**What do you like best about Greenfield Software?**

We can add temps, add data, track and pay payroll without upload/download to other payroll applications.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

They do not have all of the reports we want, but Greenfield resolved this by creating the excel documents we require on a regular basis.

**What problems is Greenfield Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have an employee database, billing system and back office system. It is all in one with Greenfield.

The ability to input/access all my data on any of my devices.  Ease of tracking candidates/clientele.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

Online applications and onboarding docs. not available in Spanish.  I requested this feature, and it will be available very soon.

**What problems is Greenfield Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Critical need in the Staffing industry—the ease of payroll/billing, tracking/recruiting, and their immediate customer service availability.

Data entry and the Rapid integration for easy pay card activation

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

That anyone with access can modify W2 information.....should not be allowable, in my opinion, as payroll data already issued should be hardcoded.

Easy to maintain, easy to make corrections, and reporting functions are very good. Customer Service is exemplary

Greenfield's TempServ platform can move large volumes of people on assignment with a high level of efficiency.  From onboarding to assignment, then over to payroll, tax, and billing, it excels at every point in the staffing life-cycle.

**What do you dislike about Greenfield Software?**

The interface needs a slight update, but I'm more concerned with running my business efficiently and effectively, so I can deal with it!

Putting people to work quickly and efficiently is more important than ever before in this labor market and Greenfield helps me do it!
