Great Question is one of the best user research tools I've used as a product designer. It has everything I need—from user recruitment and surveys to prototype testing and incentive distribution—allowing me complete control over each step of the process. Their support team is also top-notch, consistently responsive and quick to address any questions I have. What sets Great Question apart is its affordability; you can start for free and still access most of its features. Honestly, the platform is so robust that I’d gladly pay more for what it offers. If I had one suggestion, it would be to expand the diversity of their user pool. My target audience is technical developers, and sometimes finding the right participants can take a bit longer.
