Graylark LRM Reviews & Product Details

Graylark LRM is purpose-built software for collective employee relations - the side of HR that generic case-management and project tools don't understand. It models what ER teams actually manage: representative bodies, works council consultations, European Works Councils, collective agreements, and multi-country change programmes. ER Landscape gives HQ a live view of representation structures and agreements across regions, with version tracking and expiry alerts. Change Proposals runs multi-country workforce change with country-specific obligations and AI-powered summaries. EWC Management handles meetings, membership, opinions and responses, and SNB support, with dynamic workflows configured around your own EWC agreement - ready for the recast directive era. GrAI, Graylark's Data Safe AI layer, analyses and compares agreements entirely inside the platform, with no external AI calls and no training on customer data. Every client runs in an isolated, EU-hosted tenant with AES-256 encryption and two-factor authentication; Graylark Technologies is Cyber Essentials certified. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Workday. 14+ languages including English, German, French, Spanish, and Dutch.
