What do you like best about Grata Intelligence?

I work for a lower-middle market PE firm in Boston and part of my job is sourcing new opportunities. After my firm switched to Grata, we saw a dramatic increase in volume and hit rate (contacts are much more accurate than competitors).

What do you like best about Grata Intelligence?

The product. It's so easy to use that I could teach it to middle schoolers. A ton of other data providers are difficult to use and give you garbage data. Also customer service is excellent: I reached out to the team with help on a search and within 10 mins Tal got back to me and had exactly what I was looking for.
