As a newer technology/start-up, they are constantly changing their product. There can be a bit of fatigue amongst users when there is changes to the API in Grata. A minor con that comes with a tool that is trying to be the best version of itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grata Intelligence?

Grata provides really useful financial information and generic information about private companies, which isn't always available in the usual platforms such as Cap IQ. What do you like best about Grata Intelligence?

Grata is excellent for finding early-stage companies and has the best filtering/search functionality I have used (compared to Pitchbook or Crunchbase)! I love the Chrome extension and use it every day to look at the brief company profile for any website. When we find a prospect we want to pursue we can easily find the contact info instead of searching through Linkedin separately. Grata is easy to use, fast and effective. Their user interface is streamlined, making prospect list creation easy to edit and export with ease. I have not seen a competitor whose results and interface are as good as Grata. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sales process before signing on was shaky. There were going through an internal change the sales team was not aware of. They fixed the issue, however this could have been avoided with more training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Grata Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Other platforms do not provide a list of prospects as fast as Grata can. I can form a list of potential companies to contact in less than 10 minutes, edit the entries, and then export them to my CRM or Excel of choice. It makes prospecting and research very easy, as the expanded keywords and filter options make finding new clients a breeze. I can recommend this product wholeheartedly. What do you like best about Grata Intelligence?

Grata is easy to use and, compared to all of the comparable private company resources I've worked with, has the best user interface. Data is comprehensive, and search / save tools for creating lists and reports are extremely helpful. The customer success and service team are constantly seeking customer recommendations to improve the product and will track down any data you need on an ad-hoc basis if there are information gaps in the system.
