**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly to check my grammar and spelling for all the documents I make, whether for business or personal projects. Grammarly helps me fix fine points that I might miss, like where a comma needs to go or when I say too much. It also makes my writing more concise and structured. The setup was fairly easy, and the settings allow for easy adjustments. It integrates well with tools I use, like Google Docs, improving my writing and helping me fine-tune my language.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I think sometimes Grammarly puts too many commas in my work, and I don't like that so much. And sometimes, the language or the settings don't actually reflect what I'm writing and what kind of material I'm writing in.

Grammarly helps me fix the fine points I miss, like spelling errors or misplaced commas, and makes my writing more concise and well-structured.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for several tasks as an English major, mainly for checking grammar and sometimes for AI similarity checks on my work. Grammarly is really helpful in correcting my mistakes when I write long essays and make revisions for my thesis. I find it very convenient because it quickly suggests the correct words to use, making things faster. I definitely like their grammar checker and believe it's the best among online grammar checkers. Grammarly's grammar checker works well with Turnitin's similarity checker, which is often used by university students here in the Philippines. For me, the initial setup was very easy as the instructions are clear.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I think it would be really nice if Grammarly could improve their AI checker so that I won't have to switch between Grammarly and Turnitin whenever I write something that needs to be published.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly to correct my grammar mistakes in essays and thesis, making revisions faster with its quick word suggestions.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for work, and it keeps me correct, whether I'm writing a long paragraph, an email to a client, or producing a report. From small punctuation errors like missing a comma to getting it right when choosing between American and British English, Grammarly is an amazing tool. I love the real-time feedback, like restructuring sentences so they sound more natural. The icon of the tool hovers around my workspace without being overly intrusive, and I actually get joy out of using this tool without having to fight the tool. The initial setup was as easy as plug and play.

Sometimes while accepting the edits suggested by Grammarly, it tends to merge two successive words together, which at times is a bit irritating.

I find Grammarly really easy to use, especially with the underlined, bold text that helps me quickly identify errors. I appreciate that I can simply hover over the text, click, and receive a new word suggestion, which saves a lot of time and headaches. The initial setup was extremely easy—just one sign-in and I was able to use it without any hassle. It's been a great tool for improving my writing skills and solving the problematic errors I make while typing.

I guess it gives me a lot of prompts, like now you're supposed to use this and upgrade. Those nudges and prompts to upgrade to the pro version are extremely annoying.

Grammarly improves my writing skills by solving spelling and typing errors across my devices. It's easy to use, and the underlined corrections save me time and headaches.

I also like the color-coded highlights that keep everything in one place—no tab-hopping—which is especially helpful when I’m juggling multiple sources. For a final pass, the clarity and tone scoring feels very reliable, and the AI assistant nudges me with references while flagging how readers might interpret trickier sections.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The mobile keyboard tends to lag when I’m editing quick notes or comments in Docs, and it feels noticeably less smooth than native keyboards. I also really wish there were an offline mode—I’d feel safer editing unpublished drafts and participant notes locally. I understand the cloud-based model, but I’d still prefer having more local and offline control when I’m working.

Grammarly helps me get cleaner first drafts—fewer tracked changes later. Time I used to spend line-editing now goes into refining arguments or checking sources. **What do you like best about Grammarly?**

The most helpful aspect of using Grammarly is that it helps me be aware of the language I use and the errors I may make. I feel quite comfortable in using English, but sometimes I need some pro-tips to be consistent and clean in my English writing. 

I like the idea of the Google Chrome extension that keeps Gramamrly  active on the websites I browse. I do not have to remember to visit Grammarly website - it is by my side. All I have to do is stay logged in on the website.

It performs pretty well - it reacts in real time with the text I create, so that I can review the things I have just written. Also, the notion of 3 plans - one basic and two paid is sufficient to my needs. When I have English copywriting projects, I can switch to the Pro plan, whereas in everyday use, I can stay with Basic. I have never had to use the support, because I never encountered any problems, but I am pretty sure I can reach support via many channels when necessary.

I think that Grammarly has great potential in using AI tools. It may contain more pro tips or suggestions on how to improve the content. It may be extra paid if necessary, but I can imagine it can work as an AI agent: remembering my writing style or helping with choosing the best way of communication, adjusted to the person I am writing to.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I do not think some things are the least helpful. I did not have that kind of experience. I like the simplicity of Grammarly just the way it is.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me communicate in English in a fluent, native-like way. Even though I’m fluent in speaking and writing, I can still be sloppy in my writing—especially when I accidentally mix formal and informal tones. Grammarly solves that problem really well. As a result, my communication has become more consistent, and I feel more confident in what I write. It also helps me save time and avoid using the wrong wording or tone.

I have been doing internship in law firm where Grammarly being the best buddy for me. It's quickly identify spelling errors and grammar which helps me in drafting. It has many features and it's real time suggestions, tone detection and readability improvements help me in writing more professionally. 

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes it's suggestions are not suitable for my legal and technical writing and require manual review. It can also improve its support for specialized legal terminology and citation formats. 

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a law student,  I have to draft many things like long assignments, research papers, case commentary and many more, so writing plays important role for my academic purpose and hence Grammarly plays an important role.

Since my last review, I’ve noticed the newer writing suggestions are more helpful, especially for improving clarity and tone. The overall editing experience feels smoother, and the AI-powered suggestions make it easier to refine drafts while keeping the interface simple and easy to use.

Grammarly could improve the accuracy of some AI suggestions, as they don't always match the context or intended tone. It would also be helpful if more advanced features were available without requiring a Premium subscription.

It catches errors I make when I’m typing quickly and, in some cases, it even suggests better wording.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

False "positives" happen pretty often, and many proposals make no sense at all. The more specific the text, the more errors with Grammarly occur. Handling is far from being quick and easy. AI has nothing to do with the I, and takes too much time to correct the correcting. For many texts, I stop Grammarly.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at all. I want a quick and reliable solution to correct typing errors, not a solution to improve a business.

Lately, I've been impressed by Grammarly's newer features. Beyond the standard grammar and tone checks, I really like:

Generative AI (Grammarly GO) – It now helps me not just correct but also rewrite, shorten, expand, or change the tone of entire paragraphs with simple prompts, right inside the same interface.

Full-sentence rewriting – Instead of just flagging awkward phrasing, it now offers multiple alternative sentence structures, which have been a huge time-saver for making my writing more fluent and natural.

Improved formality slider – I can now smoothly adjust an email or message from casual to professional with one click, which is perfect when I'm writing to different audiences (like interview follow-ups vs. team updates).

Mobile keyboard fluency – Their mobile keyboard now offers nearly the same depth of suggestions as the desktop version, which helps me write cleanly even when I'm away from my computer.

Citation generation – For academic or professional writing, it now helps format citations (MLA, APA, etc.), which saves me from switching between tools.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Overall, I still find Grammarly very useful, but there are a few things that have made me like it less over time:

Over-suggestiveness – Sometimes it flags perfectly fine, natural phrasing and pushes for changes that make the writing sound robotic or overly formal, especially in creative or casual contexts.

Slower performance in long documents – When working with large Google Docs or Word files, Grammarly can lag or cause typing delays, which interrupt my workflow.

Occasional incorrect corrections – Especially with technical terms, industry jargon, or names, it sometimes suggests wrong changes, and if you're not careful, you might accept them.

The premium paywall feels aggressive – Constantly seeing upgrade prompts for features that used to be free (or feel like basic functionality) can be frustrating. For example, even the full-sentence rewrite suggestions are now locked behind a premium subscription.

Privacy concerns – Since Grammarly processes everything you type, some users (including me to some extent) worry about sensitive information being sent to their servers, especially for work-related or confidential documents.

No offline mode – Without an internet connection, Grammarly’s desktop app and browser extensions stop working entirely, which limits their usefulness when traveling or in areas with poor connectivity.

Grammarly tackles several key writing challenges, making my communication clearer and more professional. Faster editing, more polished communication, and greater confidence in everything I write. It’s like having a proofreader on standby!

One thing I recently liked about Grammarly is that it feels much better at understanding the context of what I am writing. Earlier, some suggestions felt a bit robotic, but now the recommendations are more natural and actually match the tone I am trying to use. Using Grammarly in tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Word helps catch mistakes and improve sentence structure while drafting or editing longer pieces. The initial setup of Grammarly was very straightforward and quick. After installing the browser extension and logging in, Grammarly started working automatically across many websites without needing to configure many settings. It provides more advanced suggestions such as clarity improvements, tone analysis, and style recommendations, making writing more polished and professional.

While Grammarly is very helpful overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. One issue is that some of the advanced features like the plagiarism checker, deeper writing insights, and certain AI rewriting tools are only available in the premium version. The free version is still useful, but it can feel a bit limited if you want access to the full set of features. Another thing I’ve noticed is that some suggestions don’t always perfectly match the context of what I’m trying to write. Occasionally, Grammarly recommends changes that make a sentence sound more formal or slightly unnatural, especially if I’m writing in a casual or conversational tone.

Grammarly is most helpful because it quickly catches grammar, clarity, and tone issues that are easy to miss, making your writing cleaner and more professional. Its upsides include saving time, boosting confidence in your writing, and offering suggestions that help you learn and improve over time.  Grammarly's interface allows for quick onboarding to allow users to work with the software very quickly.  It also analyzes text in real-time for grammar, tone, clarity, and style enhancements.

Its advanced features are available through a paid subscription.  Grammarly removes the natural feeling of writing.

Grammerly can now track whether text was written by you, generated by AI , or copied from another source.This is particularly useful in legal drafting because it helps demonstrate originality and maintain professional transparency

Grammerly sometimes flags correct legal phrases as awkward or incorrect.Term like prima facie, res judicata,lis pendens, mens rea, and inter alia should be recognized more accurately.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helped in identifying and correcting grammatical, spelling and punctuation errors in legal documents, which saved time spent on manual proofreading. It also improved sentence structure and maintained a formal tone, which is essential in legal drafting and client communication. This has helped me produce more polished and professional work during my internship.

Grammarly added new features like AI agents, and its called with a new name Superhuman Go- a proactive AI assistant that works across all tabs to help brainstorm ideas. Specialised AI agents like Humaniser, Reader Reactions and AI Grader.

Reducing AI Hallucinations and Erroneous Corrections, Preserving Human Tone. Sometimes this software suggests word changes that flip the meaning of the sentence.

It automatically detects and corrects common mistakes that can undermine clarity and professionalism.

The app features are easy to use and it works across all of my documents and apps which makes it easier to write refined work. The app is very responsive and provides instant feedback.

Sometimes the suggestions change the meaning of what I am trying to convey, so I have to double-check it. Additionally, it can be quite costly to purchase if you're not paying in dollars due to the exchange rate.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I've been using Grammarly for over a year now, and it's become one of those tools I don't really think about anymore because it's always there when I need it. I use it mostly for emails and work-related communication, and it helps catch the small mistakes that can easily slip through when you're busy. What I like most is that it doesn't just fix grammar—it often suggests clearer ways to say things. It's not perfect, and I don't accept every suggestion, but overall it saves me time and helps me feel more confident about what I'm sending out.

If I had to pick one thing, I'd say Grammarly can sometimes be a little too eager with its suggestions. Every now and then, it'll recommend changing something that already sounds fine to me, or it makes a sentence feel less like my own writing. It's not a major issue since I can just ignore those suggestions, but I still find myself double-checking before accepting everything.

I like best about Grammarly is how easy it makes writing. It helps catch grammar mistake , improves sentence clarity, and suggest better wording in real time. I also like that it works across emails , docs and browser, Which saves times and makes writing more professinal. With grammarly i improved my english grammar as well.

Sometimes the suggestion can feel too aggresive, especially when the original sentence is already correct. A few advanced features are also limited to the paid version and occasionally the tone suggest may not fully match the context

It resolves my issues right there without any extra steps. Grammarly is way better compared to other tools like Quilbot. Setting up Grammarly was simple; I just downloaded its extension and logged in through my Google account.

Honestly speaking, I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved for Grammarly. Just cut the price a bit. There is a slight delay while suggesting corrections.

I’m not sure whether this is a Grammarly issue or something with the software I’m using, but I log into an app for project management. When I open the app, it pulls up the project “card” in a modal, and Grammarly doesn’t seem to recognize when I’m scrolling. Because of that, it ends up showing underlines and other markings in the wrong places.

I work in customer success, and I'm emailing customers every day. It's ensuring that the emails I send don't contain simple errors, and often helps me catch where I'm not clear in what I'm saying.

I really like Grammarly's live suggestion feature while I'm writing content. It helps me correct mistakes by telling me what's wrong and what's right. I use the Grammarly plugin on my Chrome extensions, and I love how it responds as I type, making tasks easier and improving the overall quality of my content. Grammarly's integration with the Chrome browser is seamless and works better than any other grammar correction software or plugin I've tried.

One thing that I don't like much is that sometimes my sentence is not even completed and Grammarly starts giving me suggestions. I like that percentages are used to rate my work, either positively or negatively. I like the new feature where little icions ar ematched ot my work, and it names the work automatically.

I hate that I can no longer paste from an Adobe program straight into Grammarly. It shows up as an image. I used to be able to paste text into Grammarly. It makes my life so much harder, and it's frustrating.

Also, I can use it across all of my devices, including my iPhone and computer. The initial setup was pretty easy with a short introduction, and it wasn't hard at all.

The AI humanizer feature helps me to enhance my work without it sounding like robotic or artificial. I am more comfortable with this feature because it now takes less time tweaking the writing to sound more like me which is a huge time saver.

You often need to add your personal touch to the Grammarly version of your writing or else the work can sound like it was written by someone else especially if you value your style of writing however, the AI humanizer feature tends to help with this a bit.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me check for plagiarism in all my papers for school. It has helped me a lot in that regard, so I even used it for work when preparing policy documents, to ensure that there is little to no grammatical errors and that my work is free from plagiarism.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I’ve been using Grammarly daily for emails, documents, LinkedIn posts, and general professional communication, and it has honestly become one of the tools I keep open all the time.

The interface is simple and easy to understand. I liked that I could start using it immediately after installing the browser extension without needing tutorials or setup guides. The suggestions are separated into categories like correctness, clarity, and tone, which makes editing feel organized instead of overwhelming.

One of the biggest advantages for me is how well it integrates with platforms I already use, especially Gmail, Google Docs, LinkedIn, and Slack. I don’t have to copy and paste text into another app because Grammarly works directly where I’m typing.

The grammar and spelling corrections are fast and usually very accurate, but the feature I personally found most useful is the tone detection. Before sending important emails or messages, I can quickly check whether my writing sounds too formal, too aggressive, or friendly enough. That has genuinely helped me communicate more confidently and avoid misunderstandings.

I also like that Grammarly explains why something sounds awkward instead of only correcting it automatically. Over time, that has helped me improve my own writing habits rather than just relying on autocorrect.

There are still a few things that could be improved. Sometimes the suggestions can feel too aggressive, especially when I intentionally phrase something a certain way. On longer documents, I’ve also noticed occasional lag before suggestions appear. Some advanced features are locked behind the Premium plan, which can feel limiting for casual users.

Overall, Grammarly has saved me a lot of time proofreading and has made my writing feel more polished and professional, especially for work-related communication and applications.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing I dislike about Grammarly is that the suggestions can sometimes feel overly aggressive. There are moments where I intentionally phrase something a certain way for tone or style, but Grammarly keeps flagging it as if it’s incorrect. Repeatedly dismissing suggestions can interrupt the writing flow, especially during longer writing sessions.

I also feel like the free version is fairly limited once you start depending on the tool more regularly. A lot of the features that make Grammarly truly useful, like tone detection, sentence rewrites, and advanced clarity suggestions, are locked behind the Premium plan. For occasional users, the subscription price may feel a bit expensive.

Performance is another issue I’ve noticed from time to time. On large Google Docs or longer documents, suggestions can take a few seconds to load, and occasionally the browser extension slows pages down slightly. I’ve also had rare moments where it conflicted with other extensions while typing online.

The AI rewrite suggestions are helpful overall, but they are not always accurate in context. Sometimes Grammarly changes the meaning of a sentence or removes personality from the writing in an attempt to sound more “professional.” Because of that, I still have to review suggestions carefully instead of accepting everything automatically.

Support has been decent in my experience, but most of the help is routed through articles and self-service pages first. Finding direct support for account or billing issues can take longer than expected.

Even with these drawbacks, I still use Grammarly regularly because the benefits outweigh the negatives for my daily writing needs.

Grammarly mainly helps me avoid mistakes and communicate more clearly in everyday professional writing. I use it regularly for emails, documents, LinkedIn posts, and messages, and it saves me a lot of time that I would normally spend proofreading everything manually.

One of the biggest problems it solves for me is confidence while writing. Sometimes a sentence sounds fine in my head but comes across differently when someone else reads it. Grammarly catches grammar issues, awkward phrasing, and tone problems before I send something, which helps me feel more comfortable communicating professionally.

The tone detection feature has honestly been more useful than I expected. There have been situations where I wrote a message quickly and Grammarly pointed out that it sounded too harsh or too formal. Being able to adjust that before sending has helped me avoid misunderstandings and communicate more clearly with clients, coworkers, and other people online.

It also speeds up my workflow quite a bit. Instead of rereading the same email multiple times, I can quickly review Grammarly’s suggestions and send things faster. Over time, that has made writing less stressful and more efficient for me.

Another thing I appreciate is that Grammarly explains why something is incorrect instead of only fixing it automatically. After using it consistently for a while, I noticed that I naturally started making fewer grammar and clarity mistakes on my own.

For anyone who writes frequently or communicates professionally online, Grammarly helps reduce errors, improve clarity, and save time during day-to-day work.

I mainly use Grammarly for grammar correction, and it really helps to find various typos in my work. I like that it offers ways to improve my sentences. What I like most is that Grammarly suggests the correct word endings and helps with punctuation and punctuation marks. I really like that despite the large volume of work, Grammarly can go through huge amounts of text, find typos, and generally improve sentences. Also, the installation was very easy, and the app itself indicated where to click. The free subscription from the university was very useful, and I immediately liked using this app. Overall, when I need help with grammar for my work, Grammarly does it excellently.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes Grammarly works a bit intrusively. That is, the pop-up icon appears in those documents where I don't need help.

The best part about it is that it detects little grammatical errors that we typically overlook when typing quickly. The tone option, which indicates whether the message sounds too casual or impolite, was another element I found appealing. Because you don't have to constantly double-check everything, it also saves time.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

It can be a little annoying when it overcorrects things that were previously fine. Additionally, the free edition has relatively few features; for example, the majority of helpful recommendations are only available in the premium version. Additionally, I believe that it occasionally fails to fully comprehend the context, particularly in professional or sales-related texts.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My issue of producing minor grammatical errors and ambiguous sentences when writing is being resolved by Grammarly.

Without exerting too much effort, it helped me make my emails appear tidier and a little more professional. I wouldn't say I completely rely on it, but it did slightly help my writing. You still need to apply your own judgement, but it functions more like a support tool.

Additionally, knowing that it appears properly boosts my confidence while sending texts.

I like it's humanizer agent. It takes stiff robotic-sounding text and rewrite it to sound more natural and engaging while keeping your original meaning intact.

I don't like it's "Tone policing" it often tries to make writing too normal or safe, which can strip away your unique voice or make creative writing sound robotic.Also accuracy gaps, Academic "Red flags", performance lag, No offline Mode.

It eliminates costly "Small" Errors. It catches the typos, missing commas, confused words. It fixes "Tangled" sentences. It predicts how your reader will feel, it helps you adjust your language to get the specific reaction you want. Overall it  saves your time and ensure your writing is clear and confident.
