## Grammarly Reviews
  ### 1. Grammarly gets the job done.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl A. | IT Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly suggestive corrections are important, especially when typing exhaustive emails, which may require long explanations. I also like that I can use it across my account on any device.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The free version only allows so many correction tips before the endless prompts to upgrade to the pro version for suggestive edits to entire sentences. And if you are using an OS like Windows 10 or 11, they have a similar utilty for word correction, but Grammarly will still do its pop-up.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly solves the issue of having to reread long documents, especially when preparing quotes, giving explanations or responding to inquires. It also streamline the process of being professionally correct within a sentence structure or paragraph.

  ### 2. Effortless Grammar and Style Enhancement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharadha A. | Associate Consultant - Brand and Creative , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I find Grammarly easy to use and very intuitive. The bubble presence on the screen makes it easy for access. I also enjoy the 'Improve it' feature when I select a text as it instantly phrases my draft and reduces redundancy, making it crisp and classy. The initial setup was very quick and easy, and on top of that, I'm highly likely to recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I can't read prompts directly. I have to elaborate on what to do. When I select a word and then give a prompt casual it can't read it. I have to write in full sentence that make the selected sentence casual.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly for checking grammar, catching mistakes, and improving phrasing. The 'Improve it' feature instantly refines my drafts, reducing redundancy and making them crisp. It's intuitive and easy to use, with the bubble giving quick access.

The fact that it not only ensures my emails and communications sound professional, but that it's useful in my personal life too as a writer

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes the software can get buggy and add corrections that break up the text, and then I have to undo the edits and manually correct them - but that's it

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned grammly ensures my work communications sound professional. It also ensures things are worded in the clearest possible way

  ### 4. Real-Time Writing Enhancer, Must-Have for Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for emails, business communications, LinkedIn content, and professional writing. It helps me write clearly, maintain the right tone, and catch errors before sending messages. Grammarly improves my writing in real time, helping me communicate more clearly and professionally while saving time on proofreading. The real time feedback is important, especially as I send a high volume of emails and business communications to brokers, agents, and partners where accuracy and professionalism are essential. The initial setup of Grammarly was very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Some advanced suggestions can feel repetitive, and it can be difficult to determine which recommendations will have the greatest impact on the final document. Providing more explanation behind suggestions rather than simply recommending a change could improve this.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly for emails and business communications. It catches mistakes, improves clarity and tone, and saves me time on proofreading. Its real-time feedback ensures my writing is accurate and professional.

  ### 10. Easy to Use, Enhances Writing Flow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jefferson W. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I just love how easy Grammarly is to use. It's very user-friendly. The learning curve on Grammarly is very low, making it great for a plethora of different people to use for a plethora of different things. I find it very effective in taking my work, kind of reading it, and helping out with grammar errors or spelling mistakes. It's also really good at recommending new sentence formats and just making my writings flow a little bit smoother. The initial setup was very easy; you just have to log in with an email. They also provide a free version to use, which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Grammarly could probably improve its restructuring or what they recommend for new sentence structures. I've found that other programs like ConvertKit work a little bit better at making the text flow a little bit smoother sometimes. But, it'll suffice for sure.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me with grammar errors, spelling mistakes, and suggests new sentence formats, making my writing smoother.

  ### 11. Grammarly Makes Every Message clearer and it helps me be more professional in every way.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro M. | Commercial Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Even though I’m fluent in English, Grammarly has proven to be a valuable asset when drafting and refining any type of document and/or communication in my work environment. It has helped me discover new ways to express my ideas depending on the audience—whether it’s the general public, a customer, or my company—so the message lands the way I intend. It not only improves the flow of my writing, but also helps me paraphrase and reshape my thoughts so my messages are clearer, more concise, and straight to the point. As a matter of fact, I'm using Grammarly when redacting this response. It is a very easy-to-use and adaptable software, with zero complications and an easy-to-understand design. Because of this, the implementation throughout the company has been a breeze, and it integrates with the majority of applications I use daily when communicating with others. Because of this, I use it daily, applying its tools whenever I need to do so.

I haven't (yet) been exposed to Grammarly's customer support (in person or AI), and that is good, because I haven't needed to do so. Yet, if they are half as good and clear in their customer support procedures as the software is, when delivering quality results, then this is indeed a program that can only move forward and be better with time. If I ever need to reach out to a customer support representative, I'm sure I'll get superb attention and an answer to my needs.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Apart from it not being as fluent in Spanish, and requiring, sometimes, a little more knowledge (the program), in technical and legal jargon, this is a program that really does tick all my buttons. I haven't found anything I dislike per se, because, in my opinion, this is a very comprehensive suite of solutions for what I seek in a software like this. Its competitors don't stand a chance with Grammarly.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly is helping me communicate more efficiently with my coworkers and customers. This software has helped me better my writing skills, be more precise in transmitting ideas, and, remarkably, it helped me bridge a communication gap during some particularly hard negotiations, where there was a cultural communication hurdle to be surpassed. Because I deal on an everyday basis with English-speaking people, who make a considerable part of my business, Grammarly has helped me gain an edge when compared to my competitors and their communication skills in a language that is not our own.

  ### 12. Intuitive Integration, Enhances Clarity Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly mostly as a proofreader for emails and reports, and I also use it to generate content. It provides alternative wording, helps me be more concise and clear, and ensures my points get across well. I really like how it integrates directly into the applications I'm using, as it embeds easily and has a clear pop-up for assistance. This seamless integration means I don't need to open another application, which makes it less disruptive to my work. It's helpful that Grammarly is right there integrated with all my typing, reminding me when I might need to reword something or double-check without me having to remember. Using Grammarly helps me sound smart without making it obvious that I'm getting help from AI. The initial setup was pretty seamless; I just logged in and answered some questions about functionality and access.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes, it can be annoying to add acronyms to the dictionary. I use a lot of acronyms in my work. It doesn't mean I am misspelling, just that I don't want to write out everything when there is a shorter way to say it.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly as a proofreader for emails and reports. It helps me be more concise and clear. It integrates easily into applications, providing help without opening separate software, which avoids disruptions.

  ### 13. Essential Tool for Multilingual Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anelle F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I love that Grammarly helps me be more professional and get faster to the point. The sentence structure assistance is particularly valuable because my language structure isn't always correct since English is my second language. The initial setup of Grammarly was very easy, and I find it much more accurate than the Microsoft Spell Checker, which my team used before.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I would love it if it could be in more languages.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps with language structure and spelling since I work in my second language. It makes me more professional and concise. I rely on its sentence structure assistance because my English isn't always correct. It's more accurate than Microsoft Spell Checker.

I am severely dyslexic, and Grammarly really helps me correct my silly mistakes. Mistakes like reversing letters and correcting words that I usually misspell.

Grammarly is constantly asking me to log in while I am typing on webpages. It is very annoying. This has been going on for me for a couple of years now, and this problem should have been corrected by now.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes my wording is dyslexic, and Grammarly will point this out and offer a suggestion to correct the error. Plus, Grammarly is always correcting my spelling, as it has done while typing this.

  ### 15. Effortlessly Enhances Professional Writing

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for quick replies, emails, and professional writing. It's good for recognizing mistakes and helps improve tone. It becomes easier to catch small mistakes and helps fix everyday writing problems. When writing professionally, it tells me if my message sounds rude, too casual, or too formal. My most favorite part of Grammarly is that it helps me in emails and professional communication by catching mistakes within a sentence without me worrying about it. It also helps me find better word suggestions for professional use. As a 3D artist approaching companies for work, Grammarly reduces my efforts in creating messages for them. The initial setup was a smooth and hassle-free experience for me.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The only thing I feel is the free version of Grammarly is quite limited and premium subscription is expensive.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly for quick replies and professional writing. It helps catch small mistakes, improves tone, and suggests better words. It makes professional communication easier without worrying about errors.

I also appreciate being able to set the tone I'm trying to communicate with, and polish things up where needed. The initial setup was a piece of cake, and I really think the bang is worth a buck. I also partner my Grammarly use with ChatGPT, and at my previous church, we had a staff of eight where pretty much everybody used it. I swear by it and would give it a 10 out of 10.

  ### 18. Effortless Writing with Minor UI Annoyances

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya M. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I appreciate Grammarly as a final safety net for my digital writing, helping prevent embarrassing typos and punctuation mistakes. The built-in citation finder and AI authorship tools really handle citation and originality concerns for me, and I like how I never have to copy-paste texts because it's just there, like a helpful ghost editor. I find the Knowledge Share feature a game-changer for staying in the flow, as it surfaces company jargon and project context automatically, saving me hours of searching. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy, and I was up and running in less than five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The UI can be quite intrusive. The floating widget often blocks important buttons in Gmail and Slack, and it tends to lag heavily on long documents or complex spreadsheets.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly as a safety net for typos and punctuation mistakes. It handles citation and originality concerns, making it easy to credit sources and ensuring my work meets standards.

This helps me quickly type responses as errors are automatically rectified without needing manual corrections. Grammarly also solves the problem of bad grammar and punctuation in notes, messages, and emails that I send to colleagues, clients, and friends. I appreciate that it offers a larger and better quality thesaurus compared to what I used before, with responses that feel more humane. Setting it up was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

There are certain set of vocabulary that Grammarly fails to understand but are a standard part of communication in the Indian regional context. For example, the use of Hinglish is often marked as an error or corrected wrong due to no close match in English.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Fixing sentence structure. I have a long way of expressing things, and Grammarly breaks down what I'm saying into simpler and clearer messages.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like that I can easily use Grammarly on my phone keyboard and that it’s an extension in my browsers, emails, and word documents. It's convenient to get my writing reviewed in real-time while typing on my phone or writing an email instead of having to open a separate app for Grammarly and copy and paste text.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes Grammarly makes suggestions that change the meaning of sentences. It tells me my phrasing is passive when I just referred to the thing I’m describing in the sentence immediately before. Sometimes I’ll dismiss a wording suggestion like “want to sound more friendly?” And I’ll hit dismiss and it’ll still keep popping up.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps with grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and suggests ways to make my writing sound better. It's convenient to get writing reviewed in real-time while typing.

  ### 26. Easy Cross-Platform Messaging via Text and Social Media

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like that the app works directly with text messages and social media, which makes it easy to use across the platforms I already rely on.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

It’s not as good as other AI tools, like ChatGPT, when it comes to creating longer, professional documents.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me interface with customers, and it also makes it easier to stay in touch with my friends.

  ### 27. Improves Writing with Seamless Office Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemant S. | Manger, Legal Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I appreciate Grammarly's integration with email and MS Office for writing professional emails and preparing documents. It provides useful suggestions and helps in reframing sentences, which is incredibly beneficial for my writing. I also find the initial setup quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Grammarly works well overall but sometimes its suggestions do not fully understand the context and change the tone of the mail. It would be helpful if it offers better customizations and useful features in the free version.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly to improve my writing skills, fix grammar and spelling mistakes, choose the right words, and enhance weak language. Its email and MS Office integration provides helpful suggestions and sentence reframing.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like Grammarly for both work and personal communication. It ensures my grammar is proper, helping me avoid mistakes that could reflect poorly on me. I find the ease of accepting suggestions and corrections particularly useful. Additionally, the AI tool is handy when drafting documents, and the initial setup of Grammarly was simple.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I have never really enjoyed using Grammarly on my smartphone. It just doesn't integrate as nicely as it does on my laptop.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly ensures my grammar is proper, helping me avoid mistakes. I like the ease of accepting suggestions and using the AI tool when drafting documents.

  ### 30. Excellent writing partner, easy and impactful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitish S. | Volunteer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

The feature I like the most about Grammarly is that it comes as an extension. It pinpoints and tells me anywhere in any text while typing that the text is misaligned here. It gives me a red mark where the text is misaligned or doesn't make sense. Then I can just click on it to see what I should use. I really like this because it corrects my text wherever I type.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I think there is one thing that needs improvement, which is the green dot, as it slightly obstructs when writing something. Instead, while typing, there should be a pin pointer above the extension indicating that grammar skills are active. And when you finish typing, it should show a red or green line, which you can click to correct the text. That green dot sometimes appears above the text, which causes a slight obstruction.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me with grammar mistakes, punctuation errors, and reframing sentences, allowing me to improve emails, documentation, and messages.

  ### 31. Real-Time Corrections and Clarity Suggestions That Keep Writing Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like Grammarly because it checks my grammar and spelling while I am typing emails or updating customer details. In my previous customer service and withdrawal-related work, I had to send replies to customers daily. Grammarly helps me avoid small mistakes and improves sentence clarity before sending emails.

It also suggests better words which makes my communication more clear and professional. Earlier I had to read emails again and again before sending, but now the mistakes are highlighted instantly which saves time. I mostly use it while replying to customer queries and preparing basic reports or documentation. The interface is simple and it works well with browser which makes it easy to use in day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing I don’t like about Grammarly is that many useful suggestions like tone improvement or better word choice are available only in the paid version. In the free version, some important corrections are locked which can be frustrating sometimes.

Also, while replying to customer emails or updating withdrawal-related documentation, Grammarly keeps showing suggestions continuously which sometimes breaks my writing flow. In some cases, it changes the sentence in a way that the original meaning feels slightly different. Another issue is that it does not work properly without internet, so it becomes difficult to use when the connection is slow.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me fix grammar mistakes, spelling errors, and unclear sentences while writing emails or updating customer details. In my daily work related to data handling and withdrawal requests, I need to send proper replies to customers. Grammarly checks my writing before sending and highlights mistakes instantly.

Because of this, my responses become more clear and easy to understand which reduces chances of misunderstanding with customers. Earlier I used to spend extra time checking emails before sending, but now it saves my time in proofreading and helps me reply faster with fewer errors.

  ### 32. Everyone should use this tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bailey J. | Senior Content and Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly is just so easy to use and is baked into everywhere you'd be doing word processing on the internet. It unobtrusively makes suggestions wherever you are, and even if you consider yourself a good writer (like I do) it helps you consider different phrasings. Sometimes I take its suggestions, other times I don't, but having them helps me understand the range of ways I could choose to communicate. Ironically it's trying to suggest ways to clean up this very review!

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I'm sure I wouldn't have this problem if I paid for premium, but its more advanced suggestions that it teases but doesn't show can be frustrating. But I get that it's just trying to show me there's more under the hood than I'm currently using.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with writing clarity in everyday areas of life you wouldn't normally take the effort to run through a spell checker but that are still worth improving for the sake of clarity. If I'm writing a long document I'll use a word processor's spell check etc. to go over it, but Grammarly is great for those use cases AND for smaller bits of text online - social posts, answers to questions, emails, and more.

  ### 33. Easy Chrome Setup That Improves Writing Everywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What I like most about Grammarly is how easy it is to add the Chrome extension and start using it right away. It’s a great tool for helping you create better written content, whether that’s quick emails to colleagues or a whole article or whatever you need. Anyone can use it, students, people for work. And with the Google extension, you can use it across many apps to help you write better.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

At the moment, I'm happy with all the features Grammarly offers.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly is helping me create better writing content and giving me a more professional tone in all my work.
Also, I use Grammarly when writing all text, and it helps me sound more professional since I'm not a native English speaker.

  ### 34. Grammarly is great yet, greedy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kian B. | Technical support: Customer situations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Besides the great feedback and suggestions Grammarly gives, I like how Grammarly auto creates a title based off the text you put into, while also giving an emoticon that goes with the title.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Grammarly can improve more affordable options for verified students, as Grammarly is commonly used among high school and college students.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly is great at solving grammatical errors and it’s great at giving suggestions on how to fix it which helps me improve my writing and formatting skills.

  ### 35. Easy to Use Grammar Plugin That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Very useful, and it doesn’t bother you the way other grammar plugins do. The integration with browsers and websites like Gmail is fantastic. Also, the ability to allow or disallow Grammarly shows they care about security and privacy.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I’d like there to be more upfront context about the program’s limitations, because right now they feel too hidden.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me a lot with my very, very bad spelling and grammar.
Additionally you can build on your grammar with this app and not always lean on Grammarly

  ### 36. Smart Writing Assistant That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit S. | Software Engineer 1 - IT, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What I like most about Grammarly is how seamlessly it fits into my everyday writing without getting in the way. It’s not only about catching basic grammar and spelling mistakes—it also helps improve clarity and tone, which makes a real difference when I’m writing emails, documents, or even casual messages.

The newer AI features are a strong addition, too. They feel more like a writing assistant than just a correction tool, helping me rephrase sentences, adjust tone, and sometimes even organize my ideas better when I’m stuck. Overall, it saves me time and makes my writing feel more polished without requiring much extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing I don’t particularly like about Grammarly is that it can sometimes feel a bit too eager with suggestions, especially when it comes to tone or style changes. Not every recommendation matches what I originally meant, so I still have to go through them carefully rather than just accepting everything automatically.

Also, while the newer AI features can be helpful, they sometimes come across as a little generic or less natural—especially for more nuanced, context-specific writing. And in a professional or organizational setting, it isn’t always straightforward to integrate or justify using it, which ultimately limits how often I rely on it as part of my workflow.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Grammarly, I used to spend a noticeable amount of time re-reading and manually editing my writing — especially emails, reports, or any professional communication where tone and clarity matter. Even then, there was always some uncertainty around whether the message sounded polished enough or could be misinterpreted.

Grammarly solves this by acting as a real-time writing assistant. It not only catches grammar and spelling issues but also improves sentence clarity, tone, and overall readability. The UI is very intuitive and works smoothly across platforms (browser, docs, etc.), so it doesn’t interrupt the workflow.

The newer AI features add another layer of value — helping rephrase sentences, adjust tone (more formal, concise, etc.), and even unblock you when you're unsure how to phrase something. It’s especially useful when switching between different writing contexts.

In terms of impact, it has reduced the time I spend editing by roughly 30–40% for most writing tasks and increased confidence in communication quality. It also helps maintain consistency in tone, which is important in professional settings.

That said, I haven’t fully integrated it into my organizational workflow due to tool restrictions, but for personal use, the ROI is clear in terms of time saved and improved writing quality.

  ### 37. Essential Writing Tool with Excellent Plagiarism Checks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ASHISH S. | Operations Team Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for editing my documents, checking grammar, and rephrasing. The best thing I like about this app is it gives nice rephrased texts, and I can also select the English locale - US or UK. It solved my problem for punctuation errors and spelling mistakes. Additionally, it provides the plagiarism check, which is very useful for every writer. Grammarly has been a life-saver for me when writing SOPs for students, as the rephrase option helps me fit sentences in the correct tone, and the plagiarism check allows me to cross-check each text for originality. Switching to Grammarly for plagiarism checks made my tasks more reliable compared to other online tools that often showed mistakes. Also, the initial setup was too easy.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I think they should provide better features in their free plan. Although I have a paid plan, many students can't afford the premium version and face this issue. The free plan can only check the grammatical errors. They should improve this.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly for editing docs, fixing punctuation and spelling errors, rephrasing sentences, and checking plagiarism. It helps me craft correct-toned SOPs efficiently.

I like that it helps me finish tasks quickly because I don't have to go back and do too much editing. I appreciate how easy it is to use and how super easy it was to install. I mostly use the browser extension to correct punctuation and grammar, which are the only features I needed so far. The initial setup was super quick and surprisingly easy.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Sometimes I wish there were a feature you could toggle off and on that auto-edits your text, so that you don't have to go back and hover over every word to manually make the edits, and I want the extension to be easier to turn off and on.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me solve punctuation issues and speeds up task completion by reducing the need for extensive editing.

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I love that Grammarly helps me improve my writing skills by correcting my grammar and spelling, and it's great that it tells me how my readers are related to the comments I write.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

You used to be more thorough but it has changed in the last couple of months. I would appreciate a correct grammar on the entire comment I write as now it only does a partial correction.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly enhances my writing skills by correcting grammar and spelling, and I appreciate that it shows how my writing affects my readers.

  ### 42. Effortless Writing Enhancement Across All Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiwari S. | Systems Integration Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What I appreciate most about Grammarly is how effortlessly it enhances my writing as I work. It not only catches grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors right away, but also offers suggestions for clearer phrasing and improved tone, all while preserving my original meaning. The integration with browsers and apps means I can use it across different platforms, from emails to documents, making it feel like a discreet writing assistant. Instead of disrupting my process, it helps me feel more confident and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

What I find frustrating about Grammarly is that some of its advanced suggestions can come across as overly forceful or too generic, particularly when I'm working on creative or informal pieces. There are times when it misreads the context and recommends changes that don't really fit the tone I want. Additionally, a lot of the most helpful features are only available in the premium version, which can be restrictive for those of us who depend on the free plan.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly addresses the challenges of unclear, error-prone, and inconsistent writing by offering real-time suggestions for grammar, spelling, clarity, and tone. It helps me catch mistakes that might otherwise go unnoticed and enhances the flow of my sentences, resulting in more professional and effective communication. This tool saves me time on proofreading, lowers the chances of miscommunication, and increases my confidence when composing emails, documents, or messages—particularly in situations where accuracy and clarity are essential.

  ### 43. Why Grammarly is Still a 9/10—But Why I Don’t Always Listen to It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krissy M. | Influencer Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Dynamic Tone Profiles
The tool is much more sensitive to how you sound, not just what you say. It gives you a real-time breakdown of your tone (e.g., optimistic, formal, direct, joyful). If you are trying to write a warm, engaging piece of content and Grammarly flags that you sound a bit too cold or dry, it gives you instant suggestions to inject some personality back into it.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The "Premium Tease": Grammarly will frequently underline a long or awkward sentence in blue, telling you it could sound clearer or more concise—but it hides the actual rephrased suggestion behind a paywall. It identifies the problem but refuses to give you the solution.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plagiarism checking and Porof reading

  ### 44. Real-Time Writing Improvements That Boost Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneh M. | Senior Customer Success Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

What I like most about Grammarly is the way it improves my writing in real time. It doesn’t just correct grammar and spelling errors; it also suggests clearer, more professional wording that makes my message easier to understand. It’s easy to use, saves me time, and helps me feel more confident about what I write.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

One thing I don’t like about Grammarly is that some of its best features are locked behind the paid version. The free version is still helpful, but more advanced suggestions—like tone improvements and clarity rewrites—often require an upgrade. It also sometimes recommends changes that don’t quite fit my writing style, so I don’t always agree with every suggestion.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly helps me solve common writing problems like grammar mistakes, unclear phrasing, and tone issues. It lets me catch errors quickly and polish what I’ve written without spending too much time on editing. Overall, it benefits me by making my communication feel more professional, saving me time, and giving me more confidence in what I send.

  ### 45. Grammarly Helps Our Team Write with Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nyjil N. | Talent and Technology Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I love that Grammarly provides instant feedback with real-time suggestions as I write. It helps me improve my writing on the spot and gives me confidence while writing. I find it to be a time-saving tool that catches my mistakes and allows me to make changes to the tone of my sentences, helping to avoid misunderstandings. I also appreciate how simple and straightforward the setup was; I just signed up, downloaded the extension, and installed the app, and it works seamlessly with all my writing tools. We had seamlessly integrated Grammarly with Google workspace so it works with all Google apps we use. Their FAQ is quite vast, so we usually refer to it for self-help. The support team usually responds within a couple of hours upon sending an email. Our team use Grammarly on a daily basis for improving their writing skills and documentation.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

I find that Grammarly sometimes has over suggestions which are not necessary or may alter the intended meaning. I also think it could benefit from more industry-specific guidance, providing domain-specific vocabulary and terminology while ignoring certain jargon.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Grammarly solves my common writing problems like poor grammar and spelling, while enhancing communication by making my messages clear and concise. Its instant feedback catches mistakes, improves my writing instantly, and saves time, giving me confidence. We have also referred Grammarly to a few of our clients and partners also.

  ### 46. Grammarly Boosts Professional Communication with Tone and Clarity Suggestions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

Grammarly has helped me a lot, especially with its tone adjustment feature and clarity suggestions, since these are two of the main components of professional communication. I also like that it integrates directly into Word and Outlook.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Its suggestions can sometimes feel too generic. When users rely too heavily on auto-correction, they may become dependent on the tool and stop learning. Grammarly also struggles with contextual nuance, so it doesn’t always capture the intended meaning.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an analyst at a financial firm, my communication needs to be precise and free of ambiguity. Grammarly has helped me in several ways: it reduces the cognitive load of editing, helps standardize my tone and professionalism, improves clarity and brevity, and mitigates reputational risk.

  ### 47. A Writing Ally with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan V. | Therapist, Mental Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I use Grammarly for everything. I recently tried the extension and ended up subscribing to it because the suggestions, writing, and styling are really helping me become a better writer. Making corrections and seeing all the suggestions are actually quite fun, and I'm trying to learn how to write better, especially for my independent business. It provides a lot of suggestions and helps with grammar, writing in an active voice, and shows examples of good writing. I love that I can see the corrections and learn as I go, so it’s just great in helping me become a better, more effective writer, teaching me vocabulary and better sentence structure, and it helps me see errors quickly. I love the in-the-moment writing suggestions, and it's great that it prioritizes the active voice. The Chrome extension is just fantastic. Setting it up was seamless and perfect with no problems, and it's really flexible if I don’t want a suggestion at a certain time. Overall, it's really amazing, and I love the flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

Nothing yet

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly to help me with grammar, writing in an active voice, and improving sentence structure. It offers great suggestions and shows examples of good writing, helping me become a better, more effective writer quickly.

  ### 48. Writing Assistant for Professionals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Livia P. | Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I like how Grammarly underlines any issues in red, making it easy to spot errors at a quick glance and address them immediately. I also appreciate receiving a weekly writing update via email, which reports on how many words were analysed, the accuracy of my copy, and the detected tones in my work. The tone report is particularly useful for ensuring I write confidently and directly, and I can compare my reports from a year ago to see how my writing has evolved. I like how the free version of Grammarly is quite intuitive; even though some features are blocked by a paywall, the free version addresses the basic issues like typos, weak tones and incorrect punctuation - which is all that most people really need anyway. It's a great extension that I'd recommend for any corporate professional as an extra set of eyes over their work. The initial setup was very easy, with no complaints, as you just put in a few details and download the browser extension.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

The pay wall can be frustrating because it hides some of Grammarly's suggestions. Grammarly also occasionally incorrectly corrects my work. This might be because I work in a niche industry with specific words and phrases, but it can be annoying to double-check the corrections it suggests.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Grammarly to correct grammar and tone when writing emails, social media captions, and blogs. It highlights errors and suggests improvements, ensuring my communications are professional and confident. This helps me quickly address issues before sending or uploading.

**What do you like best about Grammarly?**

I really love how it catches my typos in real-time while I write. The suggestions are clear and it seamlessly fits into my browser, which saves me a lot of time every day.

**What do you dislike about Grammarly?**

A few of the tone and vocabulary suggestions can feel a bit robotic, so I have to ignore them to keep my writing sounding natural.

**What problems is Grammarly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me catch embarrassing typos and grammar mistakes before I send out important emails. It saves me time because I don't have to constantly double-check my writing, which gives me more confidence when communicating with clients.
