## About Graicx
Graicx is an AI-driven computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for organisations managing buildings, assets and maintenance operations. It connects planned and reactive maintenance, work orders, asset records, service requests, compliance evidence and operational costs in one platform. Maintenance teams can create, assign, schedule and track work orders from request to completion. Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules automatically generate work, while calendar-based scheduling helps coordinators manage technicians, workloads and appointments. The mobile-optimised field application gives technicians access to job details, asset history, dynamic risk assessments and closeout tools. Photos, time, parts, readings and completion evidence are recorded at the point of work. Graicx provides asset tracking, equipment maintenance histories, barcode scanning and asset lifecycle management. Compliance requirements can be mapped to relevant assets and maintenance schedules, with expiry tracking, alerts and audit-ready evidence. Organisations can also invite subcontractors and control their access to assigned work. The 3C Site Health model evaluates each site across Compliance, Cost and Completion. Rather than presenting another collection of disconnected dashboards, Graicx shows the evidence behind each verdict and prioritises what needs attention next. Milo, the built-in AI copilot, helps classify and prioritise incoming service requests, identify potential duplicates, turn documents into structured records and draft work-order closeouts for technician approval. Transparent workflow rules determine what can run automatically and what requires human review. Graicx also supports IoT monitoring and real-time operational data. Administrators can add devices, define telemetry, generate client-scoped API tokens and send readings into the platform. Incoming data can appear in insights, trigger alerts or initiate condition-based maintenance workflows. The platform supports individual buildings, single estates, campuses and multi-site portfolios. It is suited to facilities services, property management, commercial real estate, healthcare, local government, higher education and hospitality. Every pricing plan includes the complete platform without feature gates, with estate-based and per-user options available. Graicx is hosted in UK and EU regions and includes role-based access, audit trails, onboarding and data migration.
