We have been using this platform for more than 10 years, which is capable of delivering different solutions to meet the requirements of our clients. Its functionalities are very complete and flexible. GpsGate is capable of supporting different brands and models of equipment, integrating practically all of its functionalities. The support team is always available to meet our requirements and also take suggestions for improvement, and the sales team is always in contact, supporting us with any requested information and ideas to improve the commercial part. **What do you dislike about GpsGate?** There is nothing we don't like about GpsGate. The most useful aspect at the beginning was the quality of tracking that was possible to deliver compared to platforms from other providers. With positions even every second and a very fast data processing level. The most useful advantages have been: 1. Quality and closeness with the support and commercial team 2. Great possibility to create custom reports for our clients 3. Event rules, use and creation of scripts, processing of raw data from third-party equipment to include in telemetry services or without web solutions for data processing. 4. Ease of including and using API to add new features to the platform. 5. Complete customization of the view and functions. 6. Increase work and collaboration capabilities with our clients and their IT departments 7. Active collaboration between GpsGate, our clients, and LRA Surtrack SpA in improving the platform according to needs. 8. Incorporation of new equipment and updates of already supported brands. 9. The initial implementation of the service is very intuitive. 10.
