**Describe the project or task GPS Tracking Service helped with:**

This has enabled us to track the drivers when they are delivering products to ensure that they are going straight to the delivery location and straight back, not making unnecessary stops or going other places while on the clock.

**What do you like best about GPS Tracking Service?**

It provides up to date and accurate data. It's easy to log in and track vehicles.

**What do you dislike about GPS Tracking Service?**

Sometimes there is a lag in the location when processing a find location on a vehicle and it says they are at the same location as 20 minutes ago and then will update to 20 miles down the road.

**Recommendations to others considering GPS Tracking Service:**

Just know that they are going to have to log on and off for updates and this is usually the problem if you notice it's running slower than normal.

**What problems is GPS Tracking Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have drivers taking longer than estimated for return of delivery drop off. They no longer go off track as we can see where they are driving.
