"GovX Simplifies Our Support for Active Military, Veterans and First Responders"

What do you like best about GOVX ID?

We get frequent discount inquiries from military, veterans and first responders, and GovX simplifies this by making it easy for these customers to see that we suport them, and for them to get their discount code without having to contact out support. What do you dislike about GOVX ID?

The only thing about GovX that I dislike is that they still have not included us in their own store. We sell a tremendous amount of product to the military, veterans and first responders, and we will soon be available in the military exchange stores, but I have yet to figure out how to get GovX to carry our product in their store ;). What problems is GOVX ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

GovX simplifies how we support military, veterans and first responders by making it easy for us to vaalidate them and distribute a discount code to them. Less hassle for them and for us. What do you like best about GOVX ID?

Relatively easy to add to your website; a great way to attract more business while saying thanks to people who deserve it. Customer service was very helpful when I had questions. What do you dislike about GOVX ID?

Would love for the GovX ID to show on the product page so someone browsing can see that a discount is offered. Right now, it only shows up once an item is added to a cart, which means less influence on the decision to purchase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GOVX ID?

I like that when you use their platform to list your products it is free to use them to verify customer's status to receive discounts. It was also super easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GOVX ID?

I wish it had more analytics for who and how many times the different discounts have been used. I also wish there was more customization that you could do for the backend settings of the discounts and the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy installation and the program runs itself"

What do you like best about GOVX ID?

GovX ID was extremely quick and easy to set up for us. I had it running in no time. Since we have had it in place, customers have used the discounts scores of times successfully. We have had almost no support issues with the program and it takes us no time. The one time we did have questions, customer support was quick, responsive and helpful. "A Win-Win For Everyone Involved"

What do you like best about GOVX ID?

It was so very easy to connect our store with GOVX ID. With just a few clicks of buttons we were able to offer our customers a service member discount that they have earned. We were also able to list our products and company on their website. Their customer support has always been super helpful anytime we've written in. What do you like best about GOVX ID?

GovX is simple to work with and after Edi is all set up, life is a breeze. Communication with the buying team is solid and they work in a timley manner to get our products up and running so we can sell.
