The fact that you can file share, use reboot options, use the command line, and just about every other BASIC remote management necessity is fantastic. What do you dislike about LogMeIn Pro? Sometimes we get disconnected from the LMI Client on a few PCs. It's very frustrating, but it only happens once in a blue moon. I'm also not too fond of the refresh rate of the LogMeIn Client. Quite often, there is miscommunication in the IT Department because one of the other administrators will tell me to check on another PC because it's offline when in fact, it's online, but his LogMeIn Client hasn't refreshed automatically so it appears as offline to him. In an environment where we're not allowed to use Powershell, it's so easy to get what we need by using the remote command line interface. What I like most is that this software is available for both computers and mobile devices, so it supports Windosw, Linux, Android, iOS, among others. I also find it great to be able to create work groups. Among other things, its video quality is very stable, so that it supports quite a few simultaneously connected devices. The procedure for adding files to share is also very cumbersome because it asks for many unnecessary details such as download limits or sending notifications.
