The company offers a very basic product and likes to charge extortionate prices to use. Once they have you signed up, they will continuously increase your subscription fees without permission. You will end up paying ridiculous amounts of money for a very basic service. An individual subscription gives you access to only two computers and now goes for $391USD a year! I originally paid $49USD a year, so you can see how far they have gone from the originally agreed amounts. Based on other products available, this company is a big SCAM, and you should find your remote desktop solutions somewhere else.
