**What do you like best about GoParrot?**

Based on my experience I have found following best things about GoParrot.

1. It is an online platform for ordering for restaurant that creates a simple easy to use system for pickup and deliveries.

2. It supports mobile,web and chat ordering.Customer can place on order on Facebook messenger, alexa and more.

3. Easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about GoParrot?**

The cons for GoParrot are as follows.

1. It does not support windows,mac,Linux.

2.it primary audience is restaurants only.

3. It does not have 24/7 live support.

4.it doenot offer API.

**What problems is GoParrot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. It helps restaurants to connect directly with the guest more often.

2. It is an end to end digital ordering solution.

3. It has  easy interface to use.

4. It helps users by providing class delivery,pick up and order ahead.

It has been useful to track to my orders and get connected to my customers related issues keeping a track of my own sales in my day to day activities. It is such a reliable platform to help everything to keep in track
