"Google Search Console - The Swiss Army Knife for SEO Specialists"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

All the Google search performance insights are delivered directly into your Google Search Console account. This tool assists in analyzing which keywords from our website are ranking on the Google SERP, as well as identifying the webpages that are performing well. It also helps generate topic ideas and highlights on-page issues that need attention, such as schema errors and 404 pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

The External Links analysis feature could benefit from a more user-friendly interface and smoother navigation. Currently, it takes three clicks to access detailed information about external links, which feels unnecessarily complicated. It would be much more convenient if the interface displayed the URLs directly on the first page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The absolute must-have tool for any website owner"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

I really appreciate the technical alerts and indexing reports. Google Search Consoleimmediately notifies me if there are critical issues affecting my site's visibility, such as 404 errors, mobile usability problems, or security issues. This peace of mind allows me to fix problems quickly before they impact my business revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

Honestly, it is hard to find faults in a free tool that is so essential for business. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the data is not real-time; there is usually a lag of about 12-24 hours in the reporting, which requires some patience when tracking immediate changes. "Incredible Insights and Effortless SEO Tracking"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

What I like best about Google Search Console is its user-friendly and comprehensive insights into how a website is performing in the search results of Google. The detailed performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, and average positions, allow for easy tracking of Search engine optimization efforts. Integration is also very easy, as we add the site and verify it by uploading HTML file to our website main root. Tools like Index Coverage Reports and URL Inspection are very useful to identify and resolve technical issues, while the focus on Core Web Vitals aligns SEO with user experience. Overall, this platform is an incredible tool for diagnosing, monitoring, and improving a site's search performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

One drawback of this platform is that some data can feel delayed or limited, especially when we are trying to get insights in real-time. Sometimes, historical data restrictions and sampling can make deep trend analysis challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential First-Party SEO Data, but could be better."
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

1st Party data straight from the search engine itself is vital to developing an accurate assessment of your business' current performance in organic search and shaping your long-term SEO strategy. Where other tools attempt to craft their own reporting via a mix of their own proprietary crawl data, each and every one of them rely on Google Search Console in some way to round out their product offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

Give us AI overview reporting, and actionable feedback on technical fixes. Additionally, a more user-friendly method of controlling crawl parameters and supplementing Robots.txt directives would also be useful, particularly in instances where a development team may take longer than necessary to add or change rules as part of their code release schedules.

Additional annotation about when//how updates impact the data would also be useful, rather than needing to guess or piece together insights from blog posts and X tweets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential SEO Tool with Powerful Insights"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

Google Search Console gives you a clear window into how your site performs on Google. The best part is the Search Performance report. You can see exactly which keywords bring traffic, how your pages rank, and where to improve. The URL Inspection tool is also extremely useful — it quickly shows indexing issues and lets you request reindexing in seconds. For anyone doing SEO, it’s the most reliable source of truth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

The interface can feel slow at times, especially when switching between reports. Data also comes with a 24–48 hour delay, so you never get real-time insights. Some features like Core Web Vitals or Page Experience still require jumping into additional tools, which breaks the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

Still, it is powerfu,l but there are limits. Some of them: In the Performance Report, data updates are delayed by 24-48 hours, slowing down real-time monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have Free Tool for SEO Visibility and Site Health Monitoring"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

Google Search Console gives us direct insights into how our website is performing in Google Search and it’s easy to use and implementation. We use it regularly to monitor keyword rankings, identify indexing issues, track impressions and clicks, and submit new content. It’s super easy to set up, and the performance report is especially useful for spotting underperforming pages or rising queries. Also, getting alerts about technical issues like mobile usability or core web vitals helps us stay proactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

The data delay (typically 1–2 days) can be frustrating when we want real-time feedback. Also, some of the terminology (like coverage errors or CLS scores) can be confusing for non-technical users. A few more interactive reports or visuals would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent dashboard and exporting tool for reporting and analysis"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

It's most helpful in the ability to export top keywords and analyze/group from there, as well as see year-over-year performance in clicks, CTR and impressions. Some of the stakeholders looking at this data are looking at specific keywords or phrases, which GSC is very helpful in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

Can be a bit overwhelming for new users, it would be helpful to have a more comprehensive and intuitive "overview" page when first logging in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"FirstTool for Website Performance. A Must-Have for SEO Success"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

Google search console one of the best tools to analyize the website techincials like, Why pages aren’t indexed, reason and source of pages aren't indexed. and the pages that aren’t indexed can’t be served on Google, crawled - currently not indexed, Google systems, alternate page with proper canonical tag, not found (404), Not Started, soft 404, etc. and It helps track keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), impressions, and indexing status—all in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

Personaly I dislike about Google Search Console is that the data is sometimes delayed by up to 2-3 days, which can be frustrating when trying to make real-time SEO decisions. Some advanced filtering or data segmentation options are also limited compared to third-party SEO tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The definitive source of truth for your site's SEO health"
What do you like best about Google Search Console?

The best thing about Search Console is getting performance data directly from the source. There's no guesswork. Being able to see the exact queries users are typing to find our pages, along with clicks, impressions, and average position, is invaluable. This data is the foundation of our entire SEO strategy, helping us identify content opportunities and track our progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Search Console?

Not enough data for LongWhile the tool is fantastic, my main frustration lies with the data aggregation. It often groups a huge number of valuable, long-tail keywords into a "(not provided)" or "other" category, which makes it difficult to analyze the performance of more specific, high-intent search terms. I wish there were less data sampling and more robust reporting tools to drill down into the full query set without hitting a 1,000-row limit in the interface.
