This cloud platform for the general public and used by the private sector in large companies makes me rely heavily on to support my online operations. There are many techniques and processes that are saved by working in the cloud such as server maintenance and constant concern for data loss in catastrophic events. The Google brand provides confidence in this aspect with one of the most solid infrastructures that have been created in the cloud.

Google Cloud Console marks a step forward for its ability to carry out heavy tasks at an affordable cost and many servers around the world that ensure the preservation of confidential data and necessary for the operation of any company that decides to hire them.

The main advantage of Google Cloud Console is the ease in handling technical operations that save us a lot of money in the budget such as server maintenance and hiring engineers for its configuration and maintenance. Easily accessible anywhere in the world and through any device, Google Cloud has the right processing power without high upfront costs and with a system that only charges you for what you use. Google Cloud computing is very powerful and the speed to calculate and process data as graphics processing has been satisfactory, when we want more power simply hire additional CPU or RAM memory that is added instantly.

The storage is practically unlimited but subject to what you can pay, it is not a regular storage site but we use it for this purpose for the security of the platform. We have moved our data from Amazon S3 to be able to process it faster on a single platform and be able to interact with the APIs more easily.

MapReduce developed by Goole puts the Google Cloud Console above its competitors by allowing the integration of computing and storage effectively, we have tested the free version and the handling of large data has been fabulous and considerably eliminates server waiting time. One of the things I don't like about this platform is the creation of copies of conflicting data, the same data is sometimes duplicated and creates processing problems. I think this is why some programs don't flow well in the Google Cloud. I would like to see improvements regarding third party access to the platform such as the implementation of more robust security controls. I like the user documentation together with the platform specifics that make setting up and developing a data driven web app simple and fast. If you explore the different products on the console you can learn a lot about web technologies and generate new ideas that use them. It really helps you to keep track and diagnose production problems from any place you could be -either a simple web interface or just a mobile application, allowing you to be aware of any changes through an alert system, letting you take basic measures to solve it. Personally, I haven't found anything that makes me uncomfortable about this program. If I need to choose one aspect would be the pricing, but since the service provided is espectacular, I'm willing to pay the price (which compared to its competition, you can consider it as cheap). What I like best about the Google Cloud Console is that it helps diagnose production issues in a way that is digestable and easy to understand. If there is a specific issue it is broken down into language that our team can clearly understand and work to fix.

Another thing that I like about the cloud is the easy search functionality. In today's world the cloud holds so much data and sometimes you are just looking for one piece of information. With the automated search functionality that the cloud console offers, we're able to quickly find resources that may be stored and from there connect to the browser to continue the project we were working on with the data we found by searching in the cloud. The initial ramping of the tool is a bit difficult. The level of knowledge that you need to have in order to understand GCC and how it works seems to be a lot. I really like using the Google Cloud Console to easily send multiple files to multiple people when doing group projects. It sends quickly and easily, and also allows me to work on other things while sending, which makes multitasking easy and effortless. Because of how streamlined it is, it's easy to see any updates and/or changes with files your sending/sharing in as close to real time as possible. At first I disliked trying to add people to my group because it was a new interface (of course) and I wasn't used to it. But it didn't take too long to learn and wasn't that complicated. It's now super easy to add people with out the hassle. At first the download time took a bit longer than I expected, but after seeing everything this product can do, it makes sense that it took so long! And it has definitely been worth the wait! With all the things you can do with Google Cloud Console, they do not allow you to mine cryptocurrency using their servers. That is not a big deal but I am quite disappointed. A bit complicated to use, sometimes if I want to enable a new API, I have to google how to enable it (There are several authentication method to use their API). If you choose the wrong authentication method, you won't gonna be able to use that key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GCC is an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). The best of GCC is the UI, it's very clean, very intuitive. You can easily create virtual machines, create buckets, connections, supervise everything from a very simple and understandable dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are not an expert in this field, it's hard to understand how GCC works. The level of knowledge to understand the tutorials or help documents from Google, are mostly for developers with a lot of experience. Also, GCC is expensive in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
