This authenticator comes in very handy for various applications that I use. I like the simple UI, and the usability is excellent. **What do you dislike about Google Authenticator?** The timeout is pretty short. Most codes expire in 10 seconds, and that's a bummer. There can be a feature where I can give access from the app rather than typing the code shown in the app. **What problems is Google Authenticator solving and how is that benefiting you?** 2 Factor authentication works like a charm. Supports a lot of applications and is mostly bug-free. The authenticator has simplified the the need for OTP generation and management. ### 29. It's app is so simple and gives the user enough protection for their accounts online. It also gives the option to transfer accounts to other devices. **What do you dislike about Google Authenticator?** Google Authenticator doesn't give the user a fast and easy way to copy the codes given. It requires a long press which also gives out other options such as renaming, etc., which can confuse whether the code has been copied or not. **What problems is Google Authenticator solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the number of account I have online, it would be a hassle to have a different hardware security key for each account. Google Authenticator solves this problem by giving security codes in a single app. It reduced the purchase of hardware keys that sometimes are not fully utilized due to it being lost or tampered with. ### 30. It would be fun to customize your own app because it is only grey and white.
