It was fascinating for a while to be able to mess around with new AI features such as search and photo. It was as if one was witnessing the future of art and how it was going to progress. **What do you dislike about Labs?** The current implementation of Labs is severely deficient in design utility. This means that the usability is poor and users cannot enjoy using the interfaces designed in the project. The ‘Help me write’ in Gmail was very simple and did not assist but rather hampered with my working system further. **What problems is Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to update myself with the new technological improvement as I get early access to the experimental features. Labs does have some usefulness. It may be useful in generating new creative concepts or ideas to work on. ### 3. Its easy to use and once enabled works well in most of the Google services. **What do you dislike about Labs?** For gmail 'help me write' feature has a scope of improvements. **What problems is Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** My Team has got the benefit for AI integration, in almost all the Google integrated services, its has optimised the overall team workflow.
