Also good thing that all reviews are from verified users. But it brought some problems to my experince ( I explain in later) but the customer support answered me on email and published my review! Thanks! **What do you dislike about Goodfirms?** The problem was that my review wasnt approved and I didnt understand the reason. But I needed it to be approved. So I sent an email to support, they answered me and published review. **What problems is Goodfirms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can find softwares I need for my work, read reviews and rate do I need it or not. Didnt try their paid plan as free plan was enough for us. **What do you dislike about Goodfirms?** To be honest, goodfirms is just another review collection platform.
