I love how easy and quick the initial setup, and ongoing management, of Goldphish is, perfect for a small company like ours, with limited resources. The compliance areas are clearly defined, providing us with a structured and effective training program. I am particularly impressed with the excellent quality of the phishing emails, which add a level of authenticity and challenge to our training exercises. The training sessions are short and engaging, making them easy to fit into our busy schedules while keeping the team focused and interested. The ability to target specific groups of staff for personalized training in areas relevant to their roles is incredibly beneficial and the courses are regularly updated and added to so we are not repeating things or getting behind on new areas of compliance. It's not always entirely obvious what's included in training bundles, which can lead to my team accidentally watching a video twice. It is very intuitive and has a really good support team. We use this platform for phishing campaigns and security awareness, our employees love the interactive courses.

Even though the platform is really easy to use, we have had some issues defining groups for our phishing campaigns and internationalization.

There are people in our team that speak english or spanish and we needed a way to group them so we can add up more users while the campaign was live. However, the only way to do this was to switch the department label into English/Spanish. Since department label only accepts one value we cannot specify the actual department of our employees, so we are losing the opportunity to assign courses based on department automatically. I appreciate Goldphish's flexibility in allowing us to take care of a program ourselves or switch to the managed program. The pricing is very appealing, as everything is encapsulated in one great price, ensuring that we stay within budget while receiving the full benefits of the software. I dislike that with the managed program in Goldphish, I can no longer access real-time reporting and compliance data. Instead, I have to wait for quarterly reports to get this information. Goldphish absolutely smashes security awareness training. They have made a product that is simple to use, has great production value (I'm looking at you Microsoft training), is easy to implement across multiple businesses and their cost per user is outstanding. I work for an MSP that supports multiple small businesses and Goldphish has made it amazingly simple to integrate our trainings and manage them for all of our customers. Their onboarding process is very informative and they are with you every step of the way ready to answer any questions you might have. We use this product for multiple trainings and phishing simulations throughout the year and we love how they keep their content up to date so we know every training we send out is not outdated. I'm also a huge fan of how they've updated their phishing simulations so the platform can randomize when it sends the phishing email to users.
