With everything the app provides from training videos, manuals as well as quizzes, phishing campaigns so we can test our clients employees in a safe way, the super fast response from the response team, and all the integration, it is definitely the money worth! As an IT company that deals with security awareness training, I find it very important for our clients and their employees to be well informed when it comes to possible attacks, and how a company can get infected or hacked by something as simple as clicking a link. However, in a large-scale company with many employees and only a few of us on the IT team, we found it difficult to train everyone appropriately. With Goldphish, that process has become much faster and more efficient. Through the training and phishing campaigns, we can manage all users and separate them into categories, which makes it easier to tailor training to each employee’s specific field. This alone has saved months of wasted time and costs, since we would otherwise have had to arrange times and venues for training, and because of some employees’ roles, they weren’t always available to attend. I am particularly impressed with the excellent quality of the phishing emails, which add a level of authenticity and challenge to our training exercises. It is very intuitive and has a really good support team. We use this platform for phishing campaigns and security awareness, our employees love the interactive courses. As for the frecuency of use, we use it for our phishing campaigns (which are launched twice a year) and for concurrent training for our employees. Campaigns are very easy to launch. Even though the platform is really easy to use, we have had some issues defining groups for our phishing campaigns and internationalization. There are people in our team that speak english or spanish and we needed a way to group them so we can add up more users while the campaign was live. However, the only way to do this was to switch the department label into English/Spanish. Since department label only accepts one value we cannot specify the actual department of our employees, so we are losing the opportunity to assign courses based on department automatically.
