Goldcast is an easy platform to create live stream or pre-recorded webinars but also larger virtual events. There cabailities endless plus they are always improving and adding new features. Best of all their customer support is top notch and we always get a quick resolution. We have been using the platform for over 2 years and very glad to say it is working great and with all the great features they added makes it easier to create and execute success campaigns. The platform has it all for demand gen/field marketing professionals who use an event platform daily, weekly, or monthly to run virtual events (live and pre-recorded, one-time events and series):

-High-level dashboard view summarizing your event

-Ability to customize your event's look and feel, registration data, speakers, rooms, booths, emails, etc.

-Easy integrations with some of the most popular CRM and marketing automation systems

-Aesthically pleasing UI/UX

-Quick and helpful customer support for troubleshooting and QAing events the night before/day-of to make sure everything is set up correctly and you're not missing key components of a successful event

The theme designer button colors are connected to the nav colors in the chat bar. What looks good as a button looks terrible as a nav link and vice versa. The first year we signed up they rolled out the red carpet and fixed it. Year 2.... They were totally apathetic and wouldn't help.
