What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The latest UX update is noticeably different from the previous version and lacks some of the user-friendly features we had before. Additionally, there are issues with event duplication that can lead to errors when creating new events with similar branding or content. On the backend, elements like location and time may inadvertently carry over from previous events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Goldcast is a great platform with the same features as other companies at a fraction of the cost."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast is a company with some of the best features as other much larger companies. I like the ease of use and how willing the Goldcast team is to hear our feedback and make their product even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

No virtual platform is perfect, but Goldcast comes pretty close. My only issue with the platform is the lack of ability to create a "schedule" for sessions and their autodirect method for sending attendees between sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

Coordinating speakers backstage to on-stage is confusing, it requires that non-technical speakers really understand the in's and out's of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You're going to like the way you look. I guarantee it."
5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

The look and feel of Goldcast is head and shoulders above the quality I've had with previous webinar platforms. Whether you're a speaker or an attendee, you'll feel the amplified feeling of attending the event.

From setting up templates to creating an event to syncing with Marketo, it's an incredibly user friendly piece of software and the Goldcast team is always there for help. Our CSMs always respond in a quick manner, and the 24/7 support chat inside the platform is there to help with quick needs.

After switching to Goldcast from Zoom and GoTo, our attendee rate and engagement in our webinar sessions both increased. The power of the tool will level up a single-event, series, your company all hands meeting, or a multi-day event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

The past few years, our company has grown through mergers and acquisitions, and has resulted in us having multiple Marketo instances. Goldcast is not able to sync to all Marketo instances without setting up multiple Goldcast instances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product for virtual events"
5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast is an incredibly powerful platform for hosting virtual and hybrid events. Its ease of use, combined with its robust features, makes it a standout choice for B2B marketers. The platform excels in customization, allowing you to create a branded experience that feels immersive and engaging for attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

An aspect that could be improved in Goldcast is the limited capacity of networking rooms, which max out at 15 participants. This limitation can be restrictive for larger groups, making it challenging to host more extensive networking sessions or internal meetings with higher attendance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

Sometimes difficult to find the layout or options settings, and there is no automatic post-event survey option when participants leave the webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful platform for companies and events big and small"
5/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast makes it easy to host big events, small virtual events, and everything in between. The post-event content is a game changer. Their platform automatically creates snippets that extend the lifecycle of your events and videos. Simple to use, simple to share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

Once you stand up a few events, it's incredibly easy to build templates and duplicate events but take your time building that first event! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great online event execution tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Goldcast?

Goldcast is very user friendly. It was very easy to implement the tool.

There are a lot of features that are extremely useful.

These features help avoid many manual tasks that one would otherwise have to do if they were using Zoom or similar software.

It also integrates very well with many CRMs like Hubspot/SFDC etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goldcast?

There are instances where some bugs come up but the support team does a good job resolving them efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
