"Efficient Shipment Processing with Intuitive Web Platform"

What do you like best about GoFreight?

The user interface and web based platform makes it really easy to process shipments anywhere. It is actually an evolvement of the traditional excel sheet to digital platform. the auto track and trace also makes the daily tracing work very easy, because it almost eliminates all the pre-tracking that we have to do until the container discharges from the vessel. What do you dislike about GoFreight?

From operation stand point, there is minimal complaints. But from management role perspective, there could be some improvements on authorizations and possibly even more functional segregations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoFreight solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe Gofreight's current products that are in place help users save a great amount of time on having to track and trace each container. If on average, the auto track and trace, can save an employee about 2 hours of time, they will have more energy to attend to more VIP customers and serve them better. What do you like best about GoFreight?

1) Very convenient , I can use it on my laptop , I can work at any location that has internet

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

Since it's a website, it's very dependent on the speed of the internet.

Sometimes, when our company's internet is slow, it takes about 3-5 seconds to the next page.

To be honest, this is the company internet problem, but it will affect the work efficiency.

I am not sure how many companies would be wiling to upgrade their internet speed, it might be a small chanllenge to pursue the customer keeps using your product if this is a problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

- Works very well for ocean freight, but broader functionality can be improved for other transport modes, breakbulk, and special cargo.

- Shipment management would benefit from more flexibility and visibility, such as naming beyond file numbers (e.g., project names) and project-based linking of shipments.

- Quotation module could be enhanced with greater flexibility, statistical insights by service lane, and AI-based vendor - quote reading.

What do you like best about GoFreight?

As my chair does both accounting procedures and logistics input, Go Freight allows me to not have to leave another computer program to either operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoFreight?

What I dislike is with this program is that when doing data on a shipment with multiple entry lines for each AMS#'s specific quantity and weight. The resulting Delivery Order lists the container # and seal # on the very bottom of the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoFreight solving and how is that benefiting you?

If the data is entered correctly for a shipment, all charges [A/P] for shipping: CFS warehouse fee, Trucking Fee and other vessel related fees can be easily seen balancing out with company generated Credit Notes. As someone who has used company specific freight management softwares, and Cargowise 1 before GF, I really like how clear and user friendly the graphic user interface is. It's very nice to look at and easy to navigate and customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
