It is actually an evolvement of the traditional excel sheet to digital platform. the auto track and trace also makes the daily tracing work very easy, because it almost eliminates all the pre-tracking that we have to do until the container discharges from the vessel. I believe Gofreight's current products that are in place help users save a great amount of time on having to track and trace each container. If on average, the auto track and trace, can save an employee about 2 hours of time, they will have more energy to attend to more VIP customers and serve them better. To be honest, this is the company internet problem, but it will affect the work efficiency. The only thing I dislike about GF is that you cannot see all of your shipments in one place. It is always split out by AI, OI, AE, OR, MS, TK, and no option to view all together. Sometimes I would use the copy function on previous shipment to input new shipment info, but the copy function is not as useful as some data won't show up under the invoice section even if I manually update the shipment info.
