That the CMDB is paid and maintaining the inventory is always a problem. I have an inventory loaded into the system, but if IT creates a new virtual machine and doesn't notify me, I only detect it through other tools like the antivirus. Personally, the best thing about Globalsuite is that you can have all your GRC-related information on the same platform, from evidence and risk analysis to incident logs and KPIs.
