In summary: - Very comprehensive for a single tool (honestly, I didn't expect to find such well-done business continuity functionality in a GRC). - Good base information with preloaded regulations and risk/control catalogs. - Almost everything can be customized risk evaluations, BIA catalogs and methodologies, etc. The tool adapts to what you need. - The surveys are gold. Collecting and consolidating information from risk assessments, updating inventory, or doing other assessments is usually an odyssey, but the tool really automates and greatly facilitates this task. First, note that after its update at the end of 2024, it is even more intuitive to navigate and use. Then point out that it is great because it contains so many features and covers many tasks, allowing for many opportunities to customize it according to each person's needs. Additionally, its dashboards are fantastic for helping make more accurate decisions. **What do you dislike about GlobalSuite?** What is true, however, is that handling the tool can be a bit complicated at first precisely because of the amount and depth of possibilities it presents.
