I appreciate the intuitive interface and wide range of features that make hosting webcasts simple. The platform is reliable, and the audio/video quality is consistently good.

While the platform is solid, the integration with third-party tools could be more seamless. Sometimes, setting up custom configurations requires additional steps that could be streamlined.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

The platform is terrific -- we should know as we have used them eight times. In May 2020 when we had to do a quick pivot during the early days of the pandemic we researched a number of companies and found GlobalMeet was best to meet our needs to present a pre-recorded video, as well as a viewer-directed slide show and a number of leavebehinds.

They were supportive every step of the way -- and we developed a program that our viewers have called "the best publishing presentation that they have seen."

There were no hiccups. No freezing screens. No awkward moments. When we needed to change things on the fly, they were there to work with us.

We love that viewers who missed the initial broadcast can watch later.

Yes, we already are thinking ahead to 2024!

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Nothing comes to mind. They have addressed any issues that we had.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to simul a pre-taped video, PowerPoint and leavebehinds. And allow us to get this information out seamlessly.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

GlobalMeet is a wonderful product. I love the Ease of Use, and how both the audience and speakers 99% have a flawless experience during webinars. I also enjoy how easy it is to build events and facilitate them. If I do have any questions, their Customer Support is great. They usually get back to me fairly quickly and I really appreciate this. I feel like I have a true partner who takes the time to understand our needs as a B2B publisher.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Some features do take a long time to launch on their roadmap and sometimes do not have a definitive rollout date. I do understand that there are priorities that need to be weighted but I do hope that there's more insights into feature rollouts.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connectivity issues when companies have firewalls such as banks and security companies. Closed captioning and additional accessibility options. UI and player refreshes have been great as well.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

The team at GlobalMeet was helpful and patient, and always ready to support our business events. While the GlobalMeet team ran a lot of our webcasts, the tool is easy to use  and I ended up hosting several events on my own with no concerns.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

No concerns with using GlobalMeet. I recommend the webcast software subscrition.

We needed a webcast system to support company town halls, as well as individual team town halls. We wanted it to work on multiple platforms, provide good video streamling and abilty to hide/respond to questions privately. GlobalMeet checked all of the boxes.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

GlobalMeet is a reliable tool for all webinar options you would like to host. You are in control of the options: if you want a Q&A, chat, sharing your slide deck and even who you would want to block from registration.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Certain features might require a bit of a learning curve for new users, the platform is not always as intuitive as you might want. I always do a test run with the speakers and if I run into any trouble, the support team is very responsive.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this platform for marketing reasons: to showcase products, engage with customers, and build brand authority by sharing valuable insights. Our main goal is strengthening relationships and generating leads.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

GlobalMeet has been our partner for over 12 years, providing webcasting services for our Virtual Meeting platform. Their scale and accountability have been outstanding, awarding our business the capabilities to scale through the global pandemic. They are trusted and deliver the services, partnering to improve the process.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

The technology of the tools appears to be lacking compared to the industry. Their scale and accountability are unquestionable, providing all someone could desire, but we feel the user experience and some other features are lacking to competitors in the market.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing the primary webcasting services for our Voting platform to support Annual/Special regulatory Shareholder meetings.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

The registration and landing page set up is alright.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Just about everything.  It's so far behind it's like something you used on a comadore 64 and aol.  The layout and user experience is so bad, they had to go out of there way to make it so difficult. 
-No virtual background or Backdrop branding (4yrs behind)
-Audio only you can't see a list of names of people who signed on and host can't mute anyone. 
-Can't upload a video without an audio track, can't play video and talk at the same time
- Can't set up login credentials and just save them. You have to email them so nowhere on the platform can you just see the logins.  You have to hope you get an email
-You can't see what the audiences sees during a webcast.  The slides and functions are on different tabs so it's hard for a person to actual switch contols
-You can't control the camera boxes from the partipants name. Meaning if you want to pin (spotlight) a speaker, you have to click at least three different buttons. It brings you to another list of names so you can choose to pin.  (zoom can spotligh at least 2/3 ways)

It's not intuitive eveything is backwards and not common sense. They should be shut down.

Nothing do not use GM ever.

The system works well for our audience participants and presents a very professional look for our conference calls and investor day presentations.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

The technology works well - but sometimes seems a bit complicated and confusing.  Our project coordinators have been fantastic - most recently Lashawna and last year Deana (Dee) Hurley.  They really make things work with their 'can do' attitude and attention to detail.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration and record keeping of attendees for our conference calls and a total solution for live calls, transcripts and edited recordings of our events.

Global Meet enables us to provide timely information to our employees using a platform that is easy to navigate, is of high quality and very professional.  This enables my team to present our messaging with fear of system or connectivity issues.

I do not have any comments at this time, as the program has been working very well of us.

Ability for our mobile workforce to attend the meetings through their laptops, phones and iPads.  This helps to ensure all employees have equal access.

The team includes a tech team and a regional support team led by the account manager, John Bortscheller, who collaborate and communicate seamlessly to be able to create high-quality events. The team listened attentively to our requests and acted professionally to deliver the event.  Ultimately, we were able to increase the number of attendees every year, significantly exceeding the company's previous record.

Sometimes I receive inquiries from my stakeholders for any engagement tools of gamification features.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to hold virtual conferences with speakers joining from different regions, such as APAC, US, and EMEA. For in-person events, from the T&E perspective, it would be impossible for everyone from the world to get together to hold a conference.

I wish that I was assigned the same producer for each event. Producers are prepared but feel the need to review our prferences so I am confident that the event will run as expected. It does 99% of the time.

Efficiently and reliably delivers live and archived continuing medical education programs to our subscribers.  Learners are able to register and complete pre-event surveys (Pretests).  Event reporting is easy and fast.

**What do you like best about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

I like how easy it is to teach/introduce guest presenters to the platform. There's a lot of moving parts to the webcasts we offer as a company and GlobalMeet allows us to deliver the best results to our webcast sponsors and deliver quality content to our audience.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Unfortunately whiteboarding isn't a function that's built into the platform that would be helpful with technical/educational webcasts we hold. Also, there's a challenge with customizing the CSS without involving the GlobalMeet team which seems to be unique to this platform.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They seem to be adding on features including adding a virtual background which is a very common request and features that overall add to the audience experience.

Easy navigation in the tool, No noise by participants as it is one way. 
Another good thing is having inbuilt capabilities for many things like, content uploads, tracking links, etc. Speed of response by customer support is great.

Not having a inbuilt background for video's. Also not great for screen sharing while doing live demos.

It is solving the problem of user friendly platofrm efficincy and no technical issues.

GlobalMeet makes it easy to provide CPE credit to webcast attendees. It's really easy to use and super intuitive. The support team is also very responsive and always there to help.

There are some issues with connectivity that our clients have complained about.

We hold sponsored webcasts twice a week that provide CPE credit to 400+ people and it sends out each personalized certificate to each person.

I work mostly with Derek from GlobalMeet team and he is always highly responsive to requests. We truly appreciate the prompt turnaround for setting up webcast registration links, and it's a pleasure to work with this competent team.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Only once or twice in the many years we've worked with GlobalMeet, we've been assigned producers who were late for the sessions or not of the same calibre that we've come to expect from GlobalMeet producers/team.

Takes the logistical coordination worry out of our hands

I most like working with them team at GlobalMeet.  They are always attentive and strive to provide a great experience.

The technology seems to not keep up with others that are in the marketplace and challenges when they use a third party to produce the events.

Our platform needs to be broadcast and GlobalMeet provided that functionality so that the meeting displays well and can be broadcast.

The platform is great but our company deals with an older generation who isn't the most tech-savvy. The support team has helped with every situation and they've been quick and calm throughout.

The platform could have better capabilites when it comes to layout and audience participation.

Globalmeet have almost all and most important features that one seeks in order to organize an successful even or webinar online. It offers features like plan, manage and execute our meetup or webinar plans and assure to work on them smoothly.

Globalmeet sometimes creates synchronisation problem which let us to face difficulty in those cases. The price point of the software is also Little bit costlier as compared to other available softwares in the Market.

The layout of the back-end of the platform is straightforward and user-friendly. Even those who may not be as technologically savvy will have an easy time building out their webcasts. Additionally, GM has a very thorough support center that is filled with detailed articles on A to Z on using the platform and also have a chat option within their support center with reps that are very responsive.

There isn't a lot of customization of the console by default, and there isn't a sim-live rollover to live option built in; however, there is a work-around for those looking to have live-rollover, it isn't seamless.

Delivering smooth audio and video webcasts. There are a lot of features for advanced video bridge webcasts that allow the producer to organize speakers in different formats in the media window, which many clients appreciate in addition to the pin feature that allows the producer to pin a speaker to the media window.

I love the ease of setting up a Webcast within the platform. It's almost foolproof and makes you feel a lot more confident about hosting a live event. I love having the option for post-event and in-event surveys, as well as Q&A. It really helps to engage attendees.

I have a hard time receiving the support I would expect from Global Meet. They have SLAs that often are not met. There are also different levels of support and I always receive different answers regarding what services are provided for each support level. It's difficult to understand what I should expect.

This platform has helped us solve the customer relationship challenges that many businesses have faced during the pandemic. We have been able to engage our client base virtually and educate them on world issues, investing, covid-19, and more.

The team was extremely responsive and helpful with our needs.  They were willing to make changes at a moment's notice and gave us great feedback and insight into what had been successful with other clients as well so we didn't feel like we were making rookie mistakes.

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

Our audience ended up wanting to have more interactive discussions with the panels, and although the chat feature was robust and readily available, some of our more clinical topics would probably have been easier facilitated through verbal discussion.  Given the number of people on the webcast, I don't think that would have necessarily been an option, but it was feedback expressed by the participants, so now we're looking at ways to break off into smaller groups or potentially offer breakout options in subsequent sessions that do allow for GlobalMeet verbal connections so we can accomplish that task.

I would be certain you have an idea of what your users want when begin the process.  GlobalMeet Webcast can do lots of things - and your team may or may not want all of their available options.  You need to really understand your audience in advance so you don't end up increasing your cost or "required" features before you engage.

**What problems is GlobalMeet Webcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our in-person meeting need to be adapted to an online format (like so many others), so we started searching vendor platforms.  We use GlobalMeet for our monthly meeting service, so it was a natural fit to start with asking them what else was available in their suite of products.  Despite evaluating multiple products, this product was clearly the best solution based on our needs and we were pleased with the selection.

I most like the stability of the product, it is rare that my customers have audio or connection issues when connecting to my meetings. I also appreciate the advanced features. I can customize registration and ask my participants what they are most interested in. I can poll attendees during the webinar and export that data after. I've found that the reports are helpful for follow up communication. I always record my meetings and I plan to make the recordings available as podcasts.

I wish they did not give me the option to use a toll-free number. This seems unnecessary as most local calls do not incur extra charges for participants.

I provide product training through ReadyTalk Webinar. I run email campaigns to invite users to register, I track registration and interest in my topics and I record the meeting for reuse later.

This program is easy to use and to set up, even if you're not really familiar with hosting webinars. The analytics are clear and simple as well. It worked better and audio was more reliable than the previous webinar hosting product we used.

It seemed a little challenging to link it with Hubspot, which is the marketing platform my company used (but they were thinking of switching to Marketo which I think would have worked better.) There also didn't seem to be a way to link it to Facebook.

It's a good affordable alternative to other webinar products.

Who here has ever been in the position where you miss a conference call, and pray that the chair person recorded the webinar on ReadyTalk Webinars?  The answer is all of us.  ReadyTalk Webinars provide an easy way to access webinars, review webinars, and make one yourself. The control features are easy, and you can stop pause and rewind the recorded sessions. 

**What do you dislike about GlobalMeet Webcast?**

If presenters are not very experienced in the ReadyTalk webinars, then there can be some problems due to bad audio issues such as volume control, muting all the participants, or loud hold music.  It is important that the presenter understand the software or read the tutorials before starting.  I think there could be better control features and volume equalizers so participants can help minimize those issues.

It is one of the Webinar Programs that is leading  the industry, and may business professionals are using it for training.

it's a good marketing tool. It has a basic platform that provides nearly everything you need for creating a multi-media-rich, interactive presentation. This service provides several branding opportunities, such as the ability to change the banner on the emails or webinar webpages to match that of your company. After the meeting, you can redirect people to another page, such as a survey, thank you page or a page promoting your product.

It lacks some features, like breakout rooms. Although getting started as a presenter is more complex than with other webinar services, it comes packed with marketing tools to help you use your webinar to promote your products and business.

It's very easy to set up and use, and no download required.

Limited features. We uploaded pre-recorded and edited videos to the platform and that resulted in incredibly fuzzy presentations, even after we tried troubleshooting with the video resolution and file type. No one in the support center seemed to know how or why it was happening.

Again, it's good for starters but there are better platforms with more features for about the same price.
