**Describe the project or task Global Knowledge, Inc. helped with:**

I took the CCNA Routing and Switching FastTrack course with them at their facilities in Madrid on Retama Street. It was a one-week course from 8 to 15, quite intense since there are many concepts concentrated in one week, but very interesting to expand knowledge in this field. Ideally, it should be done in two weeks, but if you don't have much time, there's the one-week FAST TRACK.

**What do you like best about Global Knowledge, Inc.?**

What I liked the most was the teacher; she explained things wonderfully, resolved all your doubts, and made complicated things much easier with her way of explaining.

**What do you dislike about Global Knowledge, Inc.?**

Everything was quite good, but to say something, the classroom was a bit small for so many people, but I have been to other courses in Madrid and it's usual.

**Recommendations to others considering Global Knowledge, Inc.:**

They could look for a building with larger classrooms, otherwise everything is fine.
