**What do you like best about Global Call Forwarding?**

International phone numbers can be purchased in a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

There is no possibility to purchase numbers in Kyrgyzstan.

**What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We set up digital hotlines worldwide but our digital hotline provider cannot provide local phone numbers in many locations. We use GCF to get those numbers and link them to our AI hotline.

Ease of signup and use - great support - affordable pricing.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

n/a - I had no problem at all with this service.

**What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I signed up to test SMS messages for a UK client from the US. Sadly the SMS marketing service provider would not send SMS to a virtual number so I had to cancel the service in the end, but my experience with this company (even cancellations!) was great: easy, convenient. I definitely appreciated the free trial as it would have been unfortunate to have to spend funds just to learn that it didn't work for me from the end (though NO fault of Global Call Forwarding).  If I ever need an overseas number for another project, I would not hesitate to return to Global Call Forwarding.

**What do you like best about Global Call Forwarding?**

They make it easy to set up international phone numbers in different APAC countries to expand our business to new markets. We can make international calls with our virtual numbers through a web browser. The sales and support is also super responsive.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

I don't have anything negative to say about our experience. The onboarding was smooth and it's been very easy to use. Though, it would be nice if they offered discounted plans.

**What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to connect with clients and prospects in other countries. We're based in Bangkok but are marketing services to people in other APAC countries. They make it easy to get numbers from those countries that we can use from our office in Bangkok.

**What do you like best about Global Call Forwarding?**

It's a good service for global business expansion. We're able to set up international phone numbers to receive calls from clients and prospects in target markets. We also use their outbound calling service to cold-call prospects in other countries while showing a local caller ID. It's fairly easy to use and affordable.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

No major downsides, though it would be nice if they offered discounts for multiple phone numbers. The softphone is decent but could have some improved features like auto-dialing and notes logging.

**What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a luxury car rental company catering to international travelers, and need to have local phone numbers in Asian countries (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Japan) to use in advertisements to prospects.

**What do you like best about Global Call Forwarding?**

Really easy to use and fairly straightforward. I was able to configure the phone tree menu through their online portal. It was easy to figure out, but the support helped me out along the way. They also have a call recording feature which I need for my industry and an outbound VoIP service.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

No major issues, their online portal is pretty straightforward. Call transcription would be helpful. It would also be nice if they offered some sort of referral program.

**What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed to set up an auto-attendant for my business that would route calls based on what button the caller pushes. We also needed to have the calls recorded for regulatory compliance.

Reliable service, easy to use, and fast customer support. Their phone tree feature works really well and the tech support team even helped me set it up for free.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

No cons - it's reliable for what I need it to do. It would be nice if the calls and voicemails were transcribed.

**What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to set up an auto-attendant/phone tree to greet callers and send them to the right department or voicemail after-hours.

**What do you like best about Global Call Forwarding?**

I required a new phone number for my new business so that I would be able to make and receive calls from the U.S.A to the Asian market for my Online English language business. Global Call Forwarding worked with me and designed a simple, effective way to do this. Even though the first call received was a wrong number, I called the potential customer back that resides in Beijing, and it turned into a solid sale. The call was crisp and clear. We even practiced some new English phrases.

There is nothing that I do not like. This company is the best!

I am solving many problems. Many global markets require a phone number; Global Call Forwarding helps design a complete path so that a phone call can be made and received quickly and professionally. I can add it to any local advertising in a specific market, and it works. The call is instantly forwarded to my phone, no matter where in the world I am. The Global Call Forwarding Group is friendly.

GCF service has allowed me to receive and make calls using a phone number from another country. The call quality is excellent and the service is very stable and reliable. My number settings and call forwarding preferences can be managed very easily from an online control panel and they also have 24-hour support that is included with the subscription. It's a great service at a very fair price point.

**What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?**

Nothing so far. GCF has been very accommodating, though it would be nice if I could use the control panel on my mobile phone.

Global Call Forwarding helped us get a phone number that we use to receive and make international phone calls. The service has been very smooth so far. The call quality and customer service is great. GCF provided us with an alternative solution that doesn't use voice over IP.
