Sadly the SMS marketing service provider would not send SMS to a virtual number so I had to cancel the service in the end, but my experience with this company (even cancellations!) was great: easy, convenient. I definitely appreciated the free trial as it would have been unfortunate to have to spend funds just to learn that it didn't work for me from the end (though NO fault of Global Call Forwarding). If I ever need an overseas number for another project, I would not hesitate to return to Global Call Forwarding. ### 3. It's fairly easy to use and affordable. **What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?** No major downsides, though it would be nice if they offered discounts for multiple phone numbers. I was able to configure the phone tree menu through their online portal. It was easy to figure out, but the support helped me out along the way. They also have a call recording feature which I need for my industry and an outbound VoIP service. **What do you dislike about Global Call Forwarding?** No major issues, their online portal is pretty straightforward. Call transcription would be helpful. It would also be nice if they offered some sort of referral program. **What problems is Global Call Forwarding solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needed to set up an auto-attendant for my business that would route calls based on what button the caller pushes.
