* The product was so flexible and easy accesible.

What do you like best about Glider AI?

What I like about Glider AI's platform is its ability to automatically categorize and analyze user feedback, such as feature requests and bug reports. This allows product managers to quickly identify common themes and pain points, and prioritize the most important issues to address. The platform also integrates with other tools commonly used by product teams, such as Jira and Trello, to provide a centralized view of product-related data. What do you dislike about Glider AI?

Currently we sometimes face issues with candidates refusing to take up assessments on glider. Once there is more awareness there will be lesser resistance on taking up assessments. Also, there are times that our candidates are unable to access the assessment even after several tries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glider AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the features ranging from Assessments, Screening Bot as well as Screening helper tool, Interview tool. Ability to build and customize tests for IT as well as behavioral skills. The in-built artificial intelligence of the tool that captures every minute detail wherever there is any red flag. Proctoring capabilities, candidate search capabilities, integration with Bullhorn which is our ATS as well as assessment ranking capabilities and the way Glider displays the report which is short but very useful. What do you like best about Glider AI?

Excellent tool for testing candidates without requiring active participation from you. It's a cost-effective way to test a large pool of candidates and is a perfect screening tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glider AI?

One thing that I wish Glider AI would improve would be the response time to queries and requests. Due to technical issues, some candidates have been unable to complete the test and there was no possibility of redressal for them.
