"Easy-to-Use AI Platform with Great Model Choice and Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

1. Wide variety of LLMs/Models to choose from: It has helped us understand how each model responds, which model is suited for which specific task, and how to best make use of the available models

2. The ease of use via desktop app, browser extension, and mobile app has really helped use Integrate Glean into our day-to-day workflow

3. It has become very easy to build agents and like all AI it has reduced barrier to entry in-order to get to working agents which greatly improved our practices.

4. The integrations with native Microsoft app and other applications through MCP has really helped us add on our context and allow systems to talk to each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

There’s really nothing I dislike about Glean as a platform; it has consistently been helpful. That said, there are a few nuances with the AI: the responses aren’t always 100% accurate, so they shouldn’t be taken at face value.

A few features I’d like to see include added functionality and visibility for super-admins, autonomous web-browsing capabilities, support for more applications, and direct, explicit management of shared or group mailboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean Integrations That Boost Onboarding Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

The user interface of Glean is very easy to use, and the integrations that can be made to it, like connecting all the enterprise apps like Slack, Google Sheets, etc., are really easy. Also, if a complete prompt is added, the performance of the agent is really good. It has helped us with support for onboarding of new employees and supporting the team on tooling access as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

One of the things which I dislike about Glean is sometimes the agent does not perform well, even if the prompt is complete and has all the instructions added to it. It doesn't give me the correct result. For example, when I want to fetch hyperlinks from a spreadsheet, a lot of times incorrect hyperlinks are given by the agent, and a lot of times it has been observed that even though the instructions are given completely to the agent, the text is not hyperlinked. It is just given as a complete link itself, which looks very messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Document Search and Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like that Glean can access a multitude of resources at different places and find the exact information I'm looking for, which would usually take a lot of time. Glean cuts my search time by more than 90% compared to individually searching every document line by line. I've also found it excellent for creating wireframes or mockups for websites as it can easily access information using Jira. Additionally, Glean supports voice and chat functionality, making it easy to find what we're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I feel Glean is limited by the information it can access. For example, my teammates have access to their GitHub, which provides them better knowledge, but it doesn't provide the same for me as it asks for my individual login. I think it should be able to answer API-related questions using information from GitHub, even though I don't have direct access. I often get stuck because I can't find the data size of attributes to set variable lengths, as this information wasn't available in the resources I had with my personal login. "Glean Makes Finding Relevant Info Across Tools Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like how Glean makes it really easy to find information across tools without having to think too hard about where to look. It pulls everything into one place and surfaces what’s actually relevant, which saves a lot of time and reduces the usual back-and-forth of tracking things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I don’t have any major complaints, but sometimes the results can feel a bit broad, so it can take an extra step to find the exact thing I’m looking for. I also think there’s room for more customization in how results are prioritized or filtered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean’s Centralized Search Boosts Documentation Quality and Discoverability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

Glean has the centralized search access across SharePoint, Teams, Outlook emails, our document 360 knowledge base, Figma, Aha dashboard, and ADO.

It really works as layer on top of the documentation tools, but not replacement. As a technical writer, after using glean i feel like it provides better documentation content quality because content is actively searched and reused. If we are searching for any clarification or additional content request it provides the right answer rather than forcing user to browse the knowledge base.

Its agent capabilities opens the more possibilities for doc driven assistants. ALso it having strong discoverability for published documentation so it reduce the repeated question from the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I wish to have an easy way to flag the deprecated or outdated content directly from the searched result. Also i found one issue if i am connecting the vpn, sometimes it slow me down when i just want an quick answer. I found that still some of the documentetion tools integration are still evolving so the overall experience is not fully seamless yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean Unifies Business Knowledge Across Tools for Faster Support & Troubleshooting"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

What I find most helpful when using Glean, is the ability to aggregate business knowledge scattered across platforms including Jira, Zendesk and Slack; to form a strong picture of an issue, a common theme or support troubleshooting for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

The only downside is that multiple sources of information could be conflicting or even superseded; however I have created an Agent with guardrails to utilise only validated information from one source to support the team with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Data Integration, Hindered by Slowness"
3/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like the Chrome extension the most because I can pop it up wherever I need it, on any tab, and ask it questions based on the tab I'm working in. I also like that I can toggle on different settings from the Chrome extension based on what output I'm looking for, such as using outside data, only internal company data, or both. It's an enhancement from using ChatGPT or Claude separately because it is layered into all of our enterprise data, which means I don't have to give it context or copy and paste internal company info for context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

It's very very very slow in providing answers. It's also not always consistent. I can query it the same prompt on different occasions and it will use totally different ways to get to an output, which is not helpful. An example would be when I am looking at an Opportunity in Salesforce, and I ask Glean to show me similar closed-won opportunities in the system, and it will use different Salesforce fields in different queries to yield results, even after I have instructed it to do it a certain way. "Remarkably Effective for Unified Information Access"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like Glean because it's fast, easy, and generally accurate. It's impressive that it integrates data from different systems that previously didn't talk to each other, like Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace, and combines it with public information on the internet. It really does seem to understand our business, and I haven't seen it hallucinate. During the initial setup, even though I wasn't directly involved, it seemed pretty good except for a small issue with the Slack connector, but overall, it's been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I find it a little bit challenging to stand up an agent. I'd also love to understand how to take it to the next level to have the agents act autonomously and independently, like updating fields on our Salesforce. I'd also love to see it connects with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It might do these things, I'm just not aware of it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer and Productivity Booster"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like the aspect of building Glean agents as it has been a real game changer for me. I've built a lot of agents to gather insights, analyze trends, and find patterns, leveraging tools around Glean MCP servers as well. Since Glean has rich context to the enterprise platform, it is able to understand and provide great results. That's something that I really love about Glean, using MCP servers and Glean agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

One thing that comes to mind is the clean actions, especially those tied with Jira. Whenever Glean performs a JQL search, I've noticed it hallucinating a lot. We could really fine tune that to get the desired results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Quick Task Completion"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I love the UI of Glean. It's clean and super user-friendly, making it very easy to put data together. I can get stuff done quicker, like writing something that would normally take me three hours, and be able to adjust and refine it in just five minutes before shipping it off to our customers. Additionally, as a user, the initial setup was very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Definitely more around the agent capabilities, making it a little bit easier. Also, the ability to create presentations. I think that's a lacking feature of Glean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
