With fundraiser campaigners, we create nice-looking fundraising page user interfaces in a few minutes. GivingWay also offers easy data management and we can keep track of the data of our volunteers and donors. **What do you dislike about GivingWay?** When we had just started using GivingWay we would wait up to seven days for payments to be processed and it was long, however, that has been reduced to three days now. **What problems is GivingWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Courtesy of GivingWay we have been able to change our community and uplift the lives of the less privileged. GivingWay team provides an early payout, and they do not limit you on how much you need to raise before a payout take place, like other software where you have to reach the goal before you can receive a payout **What do you dislike about GivingWay?** They do not provide an exchange rate, making organizations receive less money than claimed in the email notification and dashboard; support is too limited if you do not upgrade to their premium plan **What problems is GivingWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are raising more dollars per month to boost our Organizations' cause and activities because of the GivingWay software. The best thing I like about the software is the transparency they have. First, I thought they would not send us the funds collected; they contacted us when we had used a private bank account and requested we change to the organization; when we did, they sent our donations and received them in 48 hours. The support team is so awesome **What do you dislike about GivingWay?** The charges are extremely high; they charge 7% and 3% and later still will charge $10 wire transfer where one uses the bank account; at the end, you find that the charges are high and the target intended for the campaign won't be so intense **What problems is GivingWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using a fundraising platform for a year, and we are happy for the results; they do not have a more significant number of donors, but once you market well, donors find it easy to donate through GivingWay because they have done well to prevent fraud. I have created 5 five successful campaigns using GivingWay, receiving more than the goal. Notably, it has helped us to increase donations and trust with our global supporters ### 6. We have managed to recruit more volunteers who help us in running successful campaigns in their areas of living hence making a strong broader brand awareness as well as receiving more donations ### 7. One of our team members found this platform, and we created an account, uploaded every document, and we were approved, created a campaign. Then we started sharing the campaign with well-wishers, received the first $200 donation within a week, and later GivingWay paid out after seven days to our bank. I would not like to write a good review because I was invited but writing my experience with GivingWay. They do not provide more details like the exchange rate. You create a campaign, market the campaign, and raise funds, but they would charge you high fees on every transaction and could not provide a statement: 7%, 2% varying card processing, and $10 for wire transfer. My worst experience, they show you a payout of a higher figure than the actual amount you receive. When you request the exchange rate, they do not provide clear information hence ending up cheating people's money **What do you dislike about GivingWay?** Not only cheating on Organization's fundraised fee, but they also do not provide support and time as one would have to wait for more than ten hours for a response to be made from them. They do not pay out the exact money of the organization by sending less money compared to the one they email immediately after a payout **What problems is GivingWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not solve the problems as well per our expectations. The software has good payment platforms for collecting global donations most straightforwardly. Still, the team is not transparent enough to pay out the exact amount of money as they write after payout and under account for the user.. They have only helped us to with the payment platform, but their charges are much, and still, they do not provide ### 10. The team approves only registered organizations as a way of preventing fraud **What do you dislike about GivingWay?** You can create a campaign, but unless you advertise, you can't receive any funds while using this platform since it does not have a good audience for donors to support the organization's causes. We have received $2 from the time we created a campaign **What problems is GivingWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides a suitable payment platform and makes small local organizations receive payments globally in multiple currencies. But this benefits the organization better once they have an excellent audience to support their cause ### 11. However, GivingWay has not fulfilled our goal and objectives of creating a campaign since we couldn't get any donations. I got the benefit of geting connection with many people from outside my countries who apply to our organization to come for volunteer with us in Tanzania. And I enjoy using TZS Currency option when I donate to my donation page by my AIRTEL MONEY MOBILE APPLICATION. This is very nice platform than other I know. ### 13.
