We also had no problem integrating their site to our personal website. In addition, their online support system is fast and very helpful. Our organizaiton also enjoys that you can have multiple campaigns running at one time. Finally, their ability to send giving statements at the end of the year to donors is an absolute breeze and takes a lot of the administrative task loads off of us. Our church started using GivingFuel last year. Of course, I had plenty of questions along the way, but the overall experience with GivingFuel has been fantastic. GivingFuel offers a simple way to process and track giving. Add to that the wonderful people who work there! The staff is always willing to help and are so pleasant to interact with. In particular is a lady named Maddy. She has jumped in on quite a few of my requests/questions. She's quick, helpful, and kind. If you're looking for an simple, low cost technology solution that comes with a boat load of good old fashioned support, look no further than GivingFuel.
