I find Givergy makes managing my fundraising event simple and easy. I appreciate the exceptional and very timely customer support. The initial setup was fairly easy for my team.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

I like the ease of having our event website, ticket sales, and silent auction all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Givergy?**

I like the donor tip model but I believe there could be ways to make it easier to understand for purchasers during checkout.

**What problems is Givergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been very easy to have all the things needed for our fundraising events in one place. We have used it for three different events so far and each of them had virtually no issues. Its made fundraising and ticket sales a breeze for our small non-profit.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

Givergy was fantastic during our event. Check-ins were very easy and my team loved using this platform.

**What do you dislike about Givergy?**

The backend was a bit difficult to navagate. We are still learning the system and did have trouble figuring it all out. In the end, our event went smoothly, however we feel there is much more we need to learn.

We love having everything all in one place.

I like that Givergy is easy to use and the customer support is great.

I dislike that Givergy can not integrate with our platforms.

The integrating with other Donor Management Platforms is not there.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

Our organization has been using Givergy for a long time and are grateful for the continued partnership, using it often for our various events. Our Client Services Manager is an exceptionally kind, thorough, and supportive person. She has been a reliable support for our various events, and has been willing and able to take our feedback and comments on board for future success and improvement. The platform is quite user friendly, and the links to resources help to answer questions independently.

Sometimes the updates seem counterintuitive and can cause friction with our ease of use.

Having a singular platform to cover guest RSVP/check in, auction, and payment.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

Givergy is extremely user friendly and their customer service is beyond exceptional. I work directly with Chloe Colquitt and she has made my experience with Givergy absolutely seamless. Our volunteers use Givergy during the registration process and it has been very easy for everyone to use. Overall, this platform makes our lives a million times easier during our biggest event of the year!

**What do you dislike about Givergy?**

My company uses Givergy for a fund-a-need and auction during our annual Gala so it works perfectly for our needs. We don't use Givergy for all that it offers, but we don't have any complaints or dislikes for our needs.

**What problems is Givergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Givergy allows us to track attendees and all donations/auctions during the Fund-a-Need portion of our annual gala. This allows our team to concentrate on the auction and donations without having to worry that donations were missed due to human error.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

Onboarding was easy, detailed, and set my team up for success. We use the platform exclusively for online silent auctions (for now), and find it exceeded our expectations and serves all of our needs. The 24/7 support is prompt and helpful, Givergy has numerous community forums that will answer most of your questions/help you set up your webpages. I find the platform easy to navigate and use, and our guests have had few issues using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Givergy?**

Nothing at this time. The Givergy team is very receptive to feedback and ways in which the platform could be even better for our organization.

We previously outsourced auctions to a third-party, but now are able to host the auctions internally, which saves our organization money and allows additional control and customization.

The team knows what they are doing  - and when you have a small team with limited auction experience, this is HUGE.  Working with Givergy made us feel like we were maximizing our investment and the ROI was well worth it.  It's easy to use too.

Sometimes integration with other platforms is limited.

**What problems is Givergy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first started doing Appeals, we had staff and volunteers scrambling around trying to grab information.  With Givergy, it works in conjunction with the Auctioneer including the live auction and the appeal and we never have to worry about missing donations.  We could never do a paddle raise appeal with out it!

Setting up and editing the website is very easy

I have been using them for over 6 years them for our Gala.

We expereinced a few hiccups using the system in the backend, and from the guest side. However, these challenges were quickly resolved with Givergy's help and guidance.

Givergy is a very user friendly platform which I feel comforatable using. The customer service leading up to the event and on the day of the event was excellent, which made the process very smooth.

It is great to be able to take traditional silent auctions and put them online. Makes it go much smoother and quicker.

Platform for silent and live auctions - to advertise to guests and community prior to event - allowing the community to be a part of the silent auction without having to be in the room.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

Used it for our gala, liked the format of it and how the majority of it is intuitive and easery to use. Found the staff super helpful from start to end, and made for our second most successful fundraiser yet - also liked the messaging service for post-event follow up. Great as a tool for charities.

Found some aspects of it less intuitive than others, but didn't deter from the experience and staff were happy and on-hand to ask questions to!

The various tools it offers to meet all needs of a fundraising event including ticket sales, pledge drive, silent auction etc.

Givergy ticketing can be challenging for large gala style events. However, their team is great at sharing resources & instructions on how best to use the system.

It allows us to host very successful silent auctions, pledge drives, and sell tickets to events.

**What do you like best about Givergy?**

Customer service is excellent, platform is intuitive and easy to use and we have had great expereince with the account managers to date who ensure that your event needs are met. 

We have used the silent auciton functionalities for a number of years and recently took advantage of the ticketing platform and online check-in,which was seamless. We will definitely use it again.

**What do you dislike about Givergy?**

To date we don't have anything to dislike.

Intergration with online auction, registration / check in and capturing the data.
