I've enjoyed using this software. Only suggestion for improvement would be to allow the platform to record gifts received elsewhere (for example, a check that comes in for sponsorship) to be more robust. Within the event ticketing, there are limits to design capabilities/formatting tools - we also don't have the capability to adjust the thumbnail on all sharing platforms, have also run into problems with the payment process, have heard from individuals that the order doesn't go through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
