GitHub makes collaboration seamless, version control clear, automation powerful, and community driven innovation accessible while solving problems of code sharing, workflow management, and project transparency, though its complexity can be daunting at first. What frustrates me about GitHub is how its simplicity hides steep learning curves. Git concepts like rebasing, resolving merge conflicts, and managing forks can overwhelm newcomers, private repos and advanced features are locked behind paid tiers, the interface sometimes feels cluttered with notifications and endless pull requests, and large projects can suffer from slow performance or confusing issue tracking.
