It's much better than existing solutions out there, which often require you to manually import data from ArcGIS (which wastes a ton of time on redundant tasks). **What do you dislike about GIS Mapviewer?** The UI is unintuitive for newcomers to the software, and the software can be a bit laggy at times. It was also pretty annoying to have to figure out what everything did; I don't recall there being a tutorial for us to get familiar with it. **What problems is GIS Mapviewer solving and how is that benefiting you?** GIS Mapviewer made it significantly easier for us to track projects across different job sites and discover potential trouble spots and trends over time. The interface sometimes creates a learning curve in learning how to use some of the functionalities of the software. To get all the data in the correct format and set up to use was a lot of work.
