Gift Aid Schedule Builder Reviews & Product Details

Gift Aid Schedule Builder is a Google Sheets add-on for church, club and charity treasurers in the UK who keep donations in a spreadsheet. It checks every donor and Gift Aid declaration against HMRC's published rules (titles, names, house numbers, postcodes, dates, amounts, declaration cover and the 4-year limit), shows the problem on the row, and fixes the common formatting slips in one click. It then downloads HMRC's own Gift Aid schedule template, filled in and ready to attach to a Charities Online claim, so there's no copying and pasting and no "ASM" upload errors. Each claim gets a reference and its donations are stamped with it, so a gift can't be claimed twice, and the Claims tab keeps the history. Pro splits large claims into HMRC's 1,000-line files, aggregates gifts of £20 or less, and works out the small donations (GASDS) top-up. Free for claims of up to 100 lines; Pro is £6 a month or £50 a year. It only opens the current spreadsheet, and donor details never leave Google.
