During each onboarding call, I anticipate the answer to all my questions being no - and everytime the answer is either yes, or hmm let's figure out how to make this work for you as best as possible. Johnnie Kenneybrew is one of the best possible faces and personalities to have as an onboarding manager - makes every conversation easy, going above and beyond when answering questions and finding mutual solutions. While they build, some features just don't exist yet - but every time we hit a wall, it's always with a "How do we make this work the way you'd prefer?" and never a, sorry that just won't work. The onboarding flow for talent network users should be customizable, but they're building it!
