**What do you like best about Getro?**

During each onboarding call, I anticipate the answer to all my questions being no - and everytime the answer is either yes, or hmm let's figure out how to make this work for you as best as possible. Johnnie Kenneybrew is one of the best possible faces and personalities to have as an onboarding manager - makes every conversation easy, going above and beyond when answering questions and finding mutual solutions.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

While they build, some features just don't exist yet - but every time we hit a wall, it's always with a "How do we make this work the way you'd prefer?" and never a, sorry that just won't work. The onboarding flow for talent network users should be customizable, but they're building it! Would also love for members to be able to edit their own profiles instead of having to email the admins to edit.

**What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A cost-effective, job board powered by the technology of tomorrow. The platform is intuitive, easy to understand, and quick to learn. Our community will benefit from the easier onboarding process and better search capabilities. It's easier to search in the backend as well.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

Getro has been incredibly easy to use, both from an admin and user perspective. The UX is clean, intuitive, and polished, which is especially valuable as I launch a new talent recruitment agency. The design looks professional right out of the box. What really sets them apart is the customer support. My CSM, Johnnie, delivered the best onboarding experience I’ve ever had with a software provider and continues to offer outstanding support. I’m extremely happy with both the Getro Connect and Job Board tools.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

Some minor features are still being refined, but the team has been highly responsive and receptive to feedback throughout.

As I launched my recruitment business, having a strong job board tool was a top priority. After exploring several options, I chose Getro for its unique combination of a talent network and job board in one platform.

It's so easy to implement, you just add the domains of your portfolio companies and Getro basically takes care of the rest. Everything stays updated and refreshed. It would be impossible to try to manage this if founders had to be involved in updates.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

Getro is a slick, easy to use job board that integrates seamlessly into any website. The automation features work perfectly and save us a lot of time. It's an excellent mix for our requirements and cheaper than other services we have tried.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

We operate in a very specific niche meaning that minor customizations can make a huge difference. We'd love to have more granular control over the localization of hard-coded texts.

Getro has helped us identify relevant niche jobs on autopilot. This saves us time.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

The platform is great - does exactly what it's supposed to do - with no issues. The onboarding service was spectacular  - likely spent 30mins listing out our PortCos, and then another 30mins of calls and messages with the team in total, and our website was live!

Love that the platform not only pulls in jobs data, it also gives access to those company's staff to be admins - automatically on the most part.

Service and platform is spectacular. Nothing to add here!

It allowed us to easily, with barely any manual intervention, showcase jobs from our PortCos and ecosystem.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

I've been using Getro for the last 5 months and more recently upgraded to GetroConnect. I am Head of Talent at a gaming VC with almost 100 companies in our investment portfolio. And as a team of 1 assisting founders with talent and hiring, Getro does a great job of scaling my efforts.

My top features are the job board, talent network sign-ups and list sharing.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

At this point, I just wish it had more features as I'm happy with everything else so far. More automated matchmaking against our job board would be excellent as it's currently a manual exercise to initiate AI matchmaking for each individual role.

**What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating inbound applications for our portfolio and enabling me to be proactive in building a high quality talent network that I can share with founders.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

For a VC, the talent model we're building needs to be low touch, but broad in terms of the things we can offer to our startups. Getro's features are purpose built for our use case and super easy to use and implenent. Integration to our website was simple, and the UI is easy to navigate. The reports will also provide valuable data long term for us to look at hiring trends and patterns in our portfolio.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

In terms of use, there have been none. The only slight downside is the timezone cross over with Australia. but that's true of a lot of SaaS products.

**What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getro helps us solve how we engage with our portfolio companies in a self-serve hiring model, it helps us drive employer brand and awareness about their buseinss, and heps us highlight and make meanignful referrals to the them.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

- Customer Support: The team has been delightful to work with since the first call! They're responsive and are very invested in the process (brainstorming and contributing to every step of the launch).

- Full stack: They have a complete suite of features/functionalities that we'd been searching for in a talent tool - the job board, talent pool, ai-matches (between jobs and profiles in the pool), ability to create and automatically update lists. 

- Ease of implementing and rolling-out: The sign-up/onboarding process has been very comprehensive. They always shared complete details on how to "complete" each step - with guides, checklists, email/call follow-ups. 

- Speed & Quality: The team's been very timely on delivering everthing. The product is very sleek (not just the external job board but the admin portal as well), and in terms of customer service, they've been very proactive and involved!

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

No complaints here - only good things to report!

**What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A job board (to aggregrate open roles across all our portfolio companies). 
A talent network (to store profiles of operators that we want to introduce to our portoflio companies... and keeping them fresh). And then the ability to easily group the profiles by lists and export (& share)  via a link).

**What do you like best about Getro?**

Getro's customer success team is just ... the best. They're incredibly responsive, and even if they don't have an immediate technical solve to some sort of bug, they're fantastic at playing back to us where they're at in the process of tackling it with reliable frequency. I've also just genuinely enjoyed each interaction I've had with anyone on their team – super warm and competent to boot! Finally, their actual jobs board product is a huge benefit for our work; all of the automated updates and career-page-scrapes removes SO much of what would otherwise be manual work on our end to update our own jobs board. It's excellent.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

I know their team has been working on enhancing the "trackability" of success through the jobs board, enabling users like us to better understand how and where the jobs board has been the main mechanism for a job-seeker landing any given job being promoted. We'll be excited to see this product roadmap journey continue!

**What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aggregate and cross-promote job listings across a massive set of 300+ organizations, and Getro enables us to easily do this at scale – without needing to manually upload or refresh most listings.

I love the simplicity of using Getro as an admin and being able to check all of the insights. 

We've had a few current employees at portfolio companies that have actually found job listings because of Getro web page we have on our site. The team handled the implementation as well, and it was easy.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

Definitely want to see if we could use it more, especially our portfolio companies, that always looking for new candidates.

Job board aggregation, and posting. Also being able to filter the jobs is great. We have a number of custoim filters.

It's a great tool that enables us to have real-time visibility on the open roles of our community of startups and share tham with our network. It's also very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

Unless you have the Pro version you don't have visibility on the actual number of jobs that are covered thanks to the tool. Price is also a little high.

It enables us to have real-time visibility on the open roles of our community of startups and share tham with our network.

Getro's job board features aren't only useful to us as a fund, they also are very useful to our portfolio companies that do not have a job board.
The dashboard is also intuitive and easy to use.

The Getro logo at the bottom of the job board cannot be removed.

Getro is making it much easier to pull in job openings in our portfolio companies as well as create a database of top talents that could be great hires for our portfolio companies in the near future.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

I like that we can easily add companies and scrape thier jobs. The implementaion process has been easy and the Getro team has been great with answering all my questions in a timly manor. They were able to customize the board to look native to our website, it looks seamless.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

It would be nice to have additional filters for the jobs board, such as a "remote" or "hybrid" filer than can show up in the location tab.

**What problems is Getro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a member based organization and had a manual job board prior to finding Getro. Getro makes it easier for members to gain value from their membership with our orgnaization.

I enjoyed the onboarding very much and like the product a lot. Getro is a great tool to highlight many relevant jobs for the right people and I am sure our students at 42 Wolfsburg and 42 Berlin will benefit a lot from it.

The customer service is superior. Every step in the process we were guided, supported and had all of our questions answered. I thoroughly enjoyed working closely with our representative who was helpful with all of our questions and needs.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

There's been a little bit of difficulty with getting our teams to use Getro -- it seems like there is an education curve that's not incredibly simple for people to grasp. Once they learn it, it's easy, but getting them through that initial learning process has proven to be a challenge.

Getro is allowing us to aggregate all of our portfolio company jobs in a single location so we can amplify their efforts to find and keep top talent.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

I really like the service that GETRO provides, setting up most companies is a breeze and company satisfaction rate is high. The two Getro reps that I have worked with have been very responsive and kind.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

There are some minor glitches that pop up from time to time. Tracking data and clicks is understandably hard, but that is one thing our clients look for most and sometimes Getro's data falls a tad short. But my team and our clients always have some clever work-arounds, with our Getro reps help of course.

Getro solves the problem of maintaining a large job board with constantly moving data. Having a manual job board is not an option, so Getro's service fills a huge void and provides our members with a vast array of jobs to choose from.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

We recently transitioned to using Getro as our Jobs board to aggregrate job openings across our portfolio and the transition was incredibly smooth. From the first outreach I've loved interacting with the team who are super accommodating, flexible, friendly and genuinely keen to build great products for their customers. And the jobs board functions well and is always up to date. We're now looking to add their Getro Connect product also!

Genuinely no negative experiences to date! The product could be a little bit cheaper - but what couldn't :))

The Getro Job board helps us aggregrate job openings across our whole portfolio with no effort on our part at all - plus everything is always up to date.

**What do you like best about Getro?**

We have had a great experience using the job board from Getro. Not only was it easy to set up, but it also do not require much time to maintain. The platform works seamlessly, and it updates positions from most of our portfolio companies on a daily basis. Overall, I would highly recommend Getro to anyone looking for a user-friendly and efficient job board solution.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

We want the basic jobboard functionality to be cheaper plus it'd be great if the product could be extended into a platform that can work with talents within our network. While there are ongoing experiments within Getro to offer that, we are yet to see something that might work for us as seamlessly as the main product.

Getro went above and beyond to accommodate putting together a job board for not just our venture capital portfolio companies, but for our operating businesses as well, all in one place.

The team's hands-on support. They are always available and tend to unique or custom requests with diligence.

**What do you dislike about Getro?**

Not really a downside but you have to wait a bit for any exported data to be emailed to you. It would also be nice to be able to customize the data you export more.

Making our portfolio companies' vacancies available to our community and offering analytics.
