## About Get HVAC Pad
Get HVAC Pad is a mobile app for independent HVAC technicians and small HVAC companies. It covers a job from the first call to the payment: schedule jobs with arrival windows, price them from a saved price list with parts, labor and sales tax worked out, and get the customer's approval and e-signature on their phone or yours. Record cash and check payments, show a QR code for Venmo, Cash App or Zelle, or take cards through the business's own Square, Stripe or PayPal, with no extra fee from Get HVAC Pad. Invoices go out as a web link or a PDF with the business's logo and colors, and automatic reminders follow up on unpaid balances. It works with no signal and syncs later, and each customer can get their invoice in English or Spanish. The Teams plan adds a dispatch board, tech roles, a time clock and cash handover for crews of up to six.
